I purchased dog toys from Temu, and they arrived within the specified timeframe. However, I have reservations about the quality of the toys. Despite being marketed as dog-friendly and suitable for strong chewers, the toys, in my opinion, don't meet these criteria. I specifically chose toys with sewn-on eyes rather than fixed ones. Unfortunately, some of the toys had plastic screws for eyes that screwed into a plastic fixture inside the toy's head. This design is potentially dangerous for pets that chew. Additionally, the constant influx of unsolicited emails prompted me to delete the app, and I don't plan on using Temu again.

I use Temu regularly. I am quite happy with their service. The clothes are good quality, and after some trial and error, I found the right size. Remember to wash colors separately to avoid dye running. The handbag I bought isn't waterproof, but in heavy rain, not many would be, to be honest. A backpack I got was supposed to be waterproof but isn't; now I use it for weekend clothes. Check sizes carefully for hand creams; 10g is small, not like UK products. The refund process is easy; upload photos and it's done. Sometimes you get a refund with a slight deduction, but you can keep the item and donate it as suggested. There are always offers of gift boxes and discounts after ordering, but adding items can be tricky, especially with the pricing for different colors. Lastly, it's odd that valued customers need to place an order to claim a £30 discount. They should apply it as Temu credit for the next shop. Overall, more good than bad, and webchat is helpful.

Received my 7 men's field watches today. 7 watches for $33.59. Delivery in 6 days. Each watch as described on Temu site. Best quality was Readeel. $14.98 Date and day work well. Day reads turn over in "English." Band is canvas and leather. Good quality. Movement feels like Japanese by weight. Other watches are SOKI and WOK. Light with canvas knock-off bands. Will replace bands. Watches are 40 to 42 mm round cases. Band lugs are 20-22. Movement suspected plastic. Price $2.19 to $3.14. Pleased and satisfied. Will have magnifiers placed on date. Barton or Richie bands. Most of my collection is Swiss Wenger or Viktronics. Did not pay more than $200 for each of them. Nice additions to my collection. Look out, Amozon.

Користуюсь послугами тему мабуть вже півтора року. Читаю відгуки і дуже мені дивно, що люди скаржаться на якість та невідповідні розміри. Можливо треба самому бути уважнішим і добре прочитати? на Тему досить детально описана будь-яка інформація. Замовляла безліч разів як в Польщу так і в Україну. І тільки один раз посилка прийшла невчасно. І то не по винні Тему, а по вині пошти. Одразу побачила на своєму балансі в додатку Тему 20 злотих. Така ж ситуація була у доньки в Україні один день протермінування - 200 грн на балансі. Можу порадити єдине: чим менша кількість артикулів в замовленні, тим швидше замовлення до вас надійде. Додатком дуже задоволена!

I've purchased a lot from this company. Most of what I've bought has been great and has really low prices. I've bought household stuff and women's clothes and been really happy with almost all of it. Their sizes are pretty accurate too. I've even got a couple of kaftans that are just like ones I got from Amazon but for less than half the price. Some people who complain are just snobby and don't want to admit they're getting good stuff at Temu's low prices. I'll keep buying from them. Also, when there's been a problem and I've complained, they're quick to give refunds without any hassle.

After reading some reviews about Temu cautioning against use, we decided to give it a shot. I'm glad we did because we're quite pleased with what we received. Once you figure out the right size for clothes, there's some really nice stuff. We had one package that got lost, not Temu's fault. They credited my account right away and said if it arrived later, to keep it (it didn't). Returns are easy, and if you have a Temu account, you get your money back right away. If you want it in your bank account, it takes longer. I'd suggest trying it before believing bad reviews.

I've ordered a few times from Temu, mostly good experiences except one part of my order is still missing. Other items arrived on time. I appreciate their price adjustment option and quick refunds. The product quality is okay, as expected. Their customer service is great and could be a model for others. In my last order, they sent the wrong charging wire. They refunded about 80% immediately when I contacted them. They've already fully refunded the delayed part of my order without me asking. I'll definitely keep shopping here.

Замовляла неодноразово, все приходило, якість відповідала, жодного разу не було проблем, і на першу покупку дійсно була гарна знижка, можна було обрати один товар і я замовила джинсову довгу спідницю, вона мені вийшла за 100 грн. Прийшла спідниця, гарна, гарної якості. Зайшла почитати відгуки, тільки тому що збиралась замовляти товару на велику суму, тепер мене крають сумніви..... Але дійсно, ще жодного разу мене не підводив магазин

The products are okay, but lately, delivery's gotten worse because now you need a $40 order to finish your cart. I can't always spend $40. I put some things in my cart for a few days, only $20, and got a message: choose or lose, so I lost. What a shame. Aliexpress charges a few dollars for delivery. Shein does it too. Amazon offers free shipping over a certain amount, but below that, they charge a fee. I've been buying for over 2 and a bit years and spent a lot. Thanks, Temu.

Many say don't use TEMU, they scam you and nothing is what it says it is. I disagree! I've used the site for a while now. If you check dimensions and sizes carefully, you can find great stuff. I ordered 8 summer event dresses, one I didn't like but my friend loved it, and their sofa throws and hair extensions are amazing. The color match on the hair extensions was spot on. Try them and follow their scam advice—it's a winner for me.

Купую дуже часто, товар приходить за 14-20 днів( Новою почтою скоріше, ніж МEESTпоштою).Є дуже гарні товари. Якщо не сподобалось, або не підійшло- завжди можно безкоштовно повернути Укрпоштою. За деякі речі повертають кошти без повернення товару. Я задоволена.

Доброго дня! Замовляю не перший раз ,але один раз вислали ботинки різного розміру один 45 а другій 46. Назад не відправив бо не маю на це час. Більше не хочеться замовляти після цього.

Сайтом користуюсь недавно. З першою посилкою все пройшло супер. Замовила вдруге. Посилка була доставлена не на мою вказану адресу.

Купувала на temu полосаті шкарперки, принаймі в оптсі товару так було вказано ,коли вони приїхали ,виявилось ,що це капронові. На сайту ніде не було вказано, що це капрон Писали. Що це зимові шкарпетки

The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them... So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!

Насправді дуже дніще. Вже мовчу про їх додаток який отримує доступ ДО ВСЬОГО на телефоні (фото,аудіо, камера, дзвінки) так ще й товари наїдалово повне. Айфон за 99 центів, який ніхто ніколи не отримає, чи планшет. Зайшов забрати той айфон, а на саті кажуть ой ви знаєте, не дамо айфон але дамо вам ЗНИЖКИ! ВАААУ, яке воно к****не! Дуже агресивна вульгарна і прям р***ти хочеться яка реклама, брехливі обіцянки та обман про товари- більшість тупо не відповідає ні заявленій якості а часто навіть вигляду який на сайті опубліковано. ДНО контора яка варта хейту та канселінгу. Обходьте будь-ласка стороною та не радьте цих шахраїв нікому!

The descriptions on Temu were misleading, and the whole experience felt like a scam. They shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK or Europe with such deceptive practices. Beware of these fake discounts and avoid being fooled like I was.

So we ordered a bunch of stuff for our event planning biz, and some of it, like $250 worth, didn’t fit. We sent the items back, got a confirmation they received it, but then Temu said they couldn't track the items or claimed we sent the wrong ones back. Each item had its own barcode, so that made no sense. We appealed, but they denied it again for the same vague reasons. Chatted with customer service for over an hour, and they just kept dodging the issue. Never clear on what was missing or what they actually got. Felt like they were just making excuses not to give our money back. Not using them again.

Лично мне хватило агрессивной спам рекламы по всей сети и пустых обещаний бесплатных подарков, типа набора инструментов и т.д. Это развод на лохов. При загрузке и установке приложения сразу крутите барабан как на Поле Чудес. И, о чудо! У вас Джек-Пот на купон на 6000 грн.))) Но получить эти деньги сможете только если закажете минимум два товара, при этом на покупку у вас есть только 9 минут))) Заказываете товар на сайте по одной цене - при оплате сума в разы больше)) Естественно никакой халявы там нет, купите хлам по по космос цене)не советую покупать в магазине тему,товар низького качечства))
