We had a problem with the bridge connection
We had a problem with the bridge connection, but Notion quickly sent us a replacement. Everything is working fine now 👌 I can't see why anyone wouldn't want these awesome gadgets at home as a way to prevent any future issues 🤔 They're not just doing their job well, but also helping save money on insurance, and I’m happy with Honey and Notion.

It was quick to install.
It was quick to install. Sensors worked fine in the basement through thick concrete. It took a bit of time to figure out the best spots for water level and flood detection. The app’s feature showing past temperatures at different places in the house is useful.

There were no problems with the extra parts order
There were no problems with the extra parts order, BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE! We left several messages and sent emails (they say they'll call back in 24 hours). It's been weeks and we gave up, reaching out to our insurance company who provided the product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
