Hello, at first I was a big fan, professional appearance, good quality glass bottles, fast shipping. But now I’m starting to doubt the quality of the supplements… I bought the high-dose iron supplement and took it every day for over two months. Recently, I went to the doctor and had my iron levels measured again, and my deficiency has gotten worse… I hardly have any iron in my body! As a woman, a deficiency is “normal,” but it shouldn’t drop this much when I’m taking iron every day in addition to my diet. I have also stopped using my other Sunday products and switched to another brand, because I saw the same issue with my Q10 levels and Vitamin D. Very disappointing and frustrating, because Sunday is not cheap.

I’m worried if I can trust this site after my last order. I bought one item but got another instead. Selling something that isn’t like what they show on the website is not right. Also, the return and refund steps take too long and are a hassle — having to send back the item, pack it, and visit the post office. All in all, I’m quite let down by this German site. Such a shame.

Slechte klantenservice

Had een kortingsbonn van 10% en een bestelling van bijna 100 euro. Mocht de kortingsbon niet gebruiken omdat er op één artikel al een korting van een paar euro opzat en dat mede door het feit dat ik van de kurkuma niet één maar twee potjes bestelde! Droevige afhandeling, korte uiteenzetting waarom geen korting. Ik stuur een reply en dan hoor je niets meer. Ik zou hun producten het liefst niet meer gebruiken maar kwaliteit prijsverhouding is erg goed. Dus heb geen keus!!! Zeer zeer slechte klantenservice.

Because I forgot to update the address for my order (24 Feb), I contacted customer service right away, but I still haven't received my parcel...! They didn't respond to my email and sent it to the old address instead. I gave the correct address to SDA/poste.it, who was supposed to deliver it, but the parcel still hasn't arrived. I reached out to @Sunday Natural by email asking for help, but I haven't heard back from them....
