I canceled my plan for Jan-2025 but somehow I was still billed for it. When this happened, I reached out to customer support and their response was prompt. They provided me with a refund form which I completed. Within 3 days I received my money back, even though they advised it could take 5-10 business days. To be honest, the support team was fantastic and didn't try to make things overly complicated. They got straight to the point and answered all my questions clearly and in detail. I wish the best to the support team and hope they achieve even greater success in the future.
