When I first contacted their customer service, they assured me that they had initiated a refund, with a stated processing time of 2-10 days. However, after the 10-day mark, I inquired about the status of my refund, and they claimed that they hadn't processed it until 3 days after my initial request, despite their email indicating the original date. To compound matters, it was discovered that they had used the incorrect billing address, which meant that my money was never returned to me. What's truly infuriating is their current lack of response to my emails, leaving me out of pocket by nearly $200 for products I never received. Their customer service is abysmal, and their failure to rectify the situation and return my money is both unethical and deeply frustrating.

I haven't made a purchase from this company in a couple of years. I've moved to a different state and gone through a divorce. Despite repeatedly canceling my membership, I'm bombarded with emails asking me to update my payment information every time there's a sale. What's frustrating is that I don't even have an account anymore. Even after canceling twice in the past week, I keep getting those annoying emails insisting I update my payment info. It feels like harassment at this point. I've made it clear I don't want their product, and it's time for them to stop trying to force it on me!

This company is a complete deception. Avoid making any purchases as they will persistently charge your card, even after cancellation. I recently encountered an $80 charge, and today, they attempted to withdraw an additional $113. Despite canceling and not receiving any additional products after the trial, my card was still charged. I'm replacing my card and filing a dispute with my bank. The positive reviews are misleading; this company is a fraudulent subscription scam. Save yourself the trouble and find reliable hair products elsewhere, like Amazon or your local beauty store.
