The customer service was awesome! Jessica was really helpful. She helped me pick out several scents I liked for different occasions. I'm grateful for her patience when I had trouble deciding.

I waited around for 10 minutes

I waited around for 10 minutes without anyone noticing me. Other customers who came in after me got help first, and staff just ignored me, even when I was right there. It took my fiance speaking up for me to finally get some attention. But hey, at least I found the cologne I was looking for, so it wasn't a total letdown.

The service was okay, but there's a significant downside. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed that I was purchasing a tester. When I returned to the resort, I discovered that the bottle I bought had the wrong lid, and it wouldn't even stay on properly. It's quite disappointing to encounter such issues after the purchase.

During our visit to CastleRock Outlets, my daughter and I received a courteous welcome. However, our experience with the gentleman assisting us in the perfume section, possibly Anthony or Austin, took a negative turn. Despite our repeated refusals, he persistently promoted specific perfumes, embellishing them with unrelated "facts" and stories. This pushy behavior left us dissatisfied. Fortunately, the intervention of a helpful manager, a delightful lady, salvaged our experience. It's regrettable that the male staff member's overbearing sales approach overshadowed an otherwise pleasant shopping trip.

My experience with Fragrance Outlet has been average. While the variety of product choices wasn't overwhelming, it was sufficient to meet my needs. The prices were reasonable, and everything I purchased was quite affordable. I was pleased that all the products were original and of high quality. The customer service response, although taking some time, was helpful. Overall, my interactions with the shop were average.
