I had a great experience with Jennifer, a customer service agent in the Tampa, Florida area. She was polite and very helpful. She made sure all my questions were answered and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated her patience and attentiveness. She made the whole process smooth and easy.

Constant service interruptions, and you only get Constant service interruptions, and you only get

Constant service interruptions, and you only get any compensation if you call to complain. I’ve had 4 interruptions in the last 48 hours. It’s making it hard to do my job from home. The worst of the worst. Service quality is awful and there’s no way to fix it. They must be aware they dominate the market in SE MI. They charge way too much for such a terrible service.

If this company wasn't a monopoly, it would not survive for long. Spectrum is a horrible company. They charge way too much for poor service that keeps going down, and they never offer any compensation for the outages. The world would be a better place if this terrible company goes out of business. I can't wait for it to happen!

If you mention your internet is slow, they’ll just run tests and accuse you of making it up. Unplug everything. Restart and try again. That’s their idea of troubleshooting. Anyone who knows a little about networks could do a better job. They really suck.
