Appalling quality of product and service.
As the others have said the material is cheap, and when I requested a refund I was completely fobbed off by the custoner service robot Abby. Just glad I only bought a small item in the sale. Don't get caught out!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I requested a return/refund and they never responded to my 3 emails. I have now opened a dispute with my bank and filed a complaint with the Ombudsman Financial Service.
