It took some time for them to come, but I'm happy with what I got. They fit over my long couch really well. For me, the strings underneeth didn’t help since my couches are big. Just what I was looking for!

Just what I needed. My mum has dementia and we wanted sofa covers that are easy to wash and still look nice without being old-fashioned. Fits perfectly with what we needed. Thanks again Ryan Romero!!!

Didn’t think it would be so good

Didn’t think it would be so good, but I was really suprised with the quality and how well the covers stretch to fit each cushion. Great to keep your sofa safe, espcially if you got pets.

It would help to have more measuring tips since we own a big sectional with an ottoman. The throws are nice but might be nicer if they were a little larger.

After seeing many bad reviews, we were quite happy

After seeing many bad reviews, we were quite happy with our order. The color is lighter than we thought and the fit isn’t perfect, but for the cost, we are satisfied. Planning to buy another color and check how they hold up after washing. Got two dogs that ignore “stay off the couch!” It took more time to arrive from China than we expected, since we assumed it was London based.

Quick delivery and works fine, kinda tiny so we put it on a shorter couh. It heats up quick and helps, just wish it was a bit wider. Good for small spaces and easy to move around.

The price seemed too high, and my lounger

The price seemed too high, and my lounger didn't fit into just one cover. I even asked if it would fit a right sided lounger, and was told it would. But it didn't have the bump out, so it doesn't fit right. Since it took so long to get here, I guess I'll just keep them.

Really like the texture and appearance of the material. I bought a couch cover and a futon cover. The futon cover was just right, but the couch cover was too small even though I measured and used the size guide. I hope to exchange it for the correct size.

This company is a total rip-off.

This company is a total rip-off. Claims to be UK based with excellent customer service, but it's all fake! It's shocking that they are allowed to mislead people like this. I ordered something, and when I saw how long it would take to get here, I tried to cancel for 5 days with no reply from Sofaguards. The only answer I got after many emails was that my order was shipped. When I tracked it, it was all lies—nothing had been sent. Stay away from this deceitful company. I'm sure there are other honest businesses in the UK offering sofa covers.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company

I'm extremely disappointed with this company! It's based in China, but there's no mention that returns have to be sent back there. They say they cover the cost, but there's no clarity on international returns. The customer service is terrible! Every time I reach out, it feels like I'm talking to a robot with automated emails. There's no other way to contact a real support team, just this robot named Abby! This company should be reported and shut down right away for scamming people.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not buy from this company they are one big scam, wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. It said orders take 2 to 3 days to deliver or you could pay extra for fast tracking which I did. When we were at 5 days not recieved I checked tracking and it was dispatched from China, so they have lied they are not UK based at all, so went on to take around 15 days. I ordered pistachio which was a lovely soft almost sage green, what came was this horrendous grey with huge white flecks, it was ugly. So I emailed asking for a UK address to send it back as they obviously sent wrong one. Had a very rude response from someone who couldn't write in British English at all, who told me that was pistachio and because there was no defects (although the colour is one big fat defect) I couldn't send it back. So now I'm left with an ugly ass cover which I can't use and them refusing to refund. Absolute SCAM artists. AVOID!

Parcel not delivered

I ordered 2 large throws. Sofaguards employed Ervi to take care of shipping and delivery but the courier dumped my parcel on a wall near our flat in full view of the street. The parcel was stolen within a few minutes. Sofaguards accept no responsibility, will not contact Evri, will not offer a refund or a redelivery. Their customer service seems to be a fictional character called Abby who has 3 standard email responses and does nothing. It took me several emails to get Evri to admit they had not delivered successfully but they wont contact Sofaguards to report this. I'm stuck between the two so am now having to claim the money from my bank under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Sofaguards has caused me a lot of frustration, stress and wasted time. Avoid this company at all costs.

Buyer beware

The quality of my water resistant sofa covers is very poor and very obviously not fit for purpose so I wanted to return. I took the risk of ordering from this company as they boast a 30 day returns policy but I have been told that i must return them to China at my own cost and not until they have received the package will they issue a refund. It is not stated anywhere on their returns policy that this is the case. In fact the returns label on the package gives a UK returns address?? It also states Sofaguards Uk on the web address. It is likely it will cost me as much to return them as it was to buy them.

Stay away from this scam company

Stay away from this scam company. Although we followed the sizing guide for the sofa cover, and made sure it would fit based on their measurements, the cover did not fit, and once we started an exchange/refund conversation, despite me sending them evidence as they asked, it was radio silence from the associate that was "helping" us, and no replies to other inquiries I made on their site following her disappearance. Avoid buying from a company that won't guarantee satisfaction and that the product described actually fits. Big mistake on my behalf

AVOID SOFAGUARDS.com !!!!! Reluctantly no choice but to give 1 star! These cowboys need shutting down!! They send you absolute cheap and nasty tat that does not in the slightest resemble photos of nice sofa covers on their website. They do not give refunds and use the get out clause “our refund address is in China”. Looked up return post to China which would cost us £35 to send back so forget that as probably wouldn’t refund anyway. Scum bag company, BE WARNED!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM SOFAGUARDS.COM!!!!! Utter RUBBISH!!😡

Defective Manufacturing. Did not honor return policy. DO NOT BUY. I was extremely disappointed. The company did not honor return/refund policy. The 2 sofa covers I purchased did not fit couch - despite picture proof and repeated attempts, they stopped replying to my emails. DO NOT BUY. Only option given was to ship back to China for a cost greater than my original purchase.

Bought 2 covers based on the measurements but they don't fit. Have been giving me the run around, continuously asking for more photos, and finally they've offered a 30% refund, going against what they say in their website. Their customer service is horrible. Definitely stay away, I'm basically going to lose $130 on this product that I can't use.

The quality is horrible and they look nothing like the photos on their website. The fit on the couch cushions is atrocious. I'm currently trying to return them but also getting the run around from their customer service although their product was not at all what they advertised... absolutely a fraudulent company.

I reached out to them for a return label and a full refund within the 30-day period, but they ignored me after several attempts to contact them. Really bad service, and now I have no idea what to do with these covers.

Terrible quality, no returns or refunds

Very thin terrible quality therefore impossible to get them to fit neatly. No returns or refunds if size or color are incorrect. Note there is no address or company registration number on their website. Cheaper much better quality covers are available elsewhere.

Scam Company

they act all helpful until you find that the covers don't fit and want to send them back because they are totally unacceptable in every way. Then, suddenly, you get NO feedback whatsoever. Poor quality and NO customer service.. Just out the money. Don't Do it
