Gisteren voor het eerst een taxi gereserveerd bij dit bedrijf, beetje spannend want wie weet hoe dat 's nachts gaat. In de app alles keurig bevestigd en ik kon de chauffeur al 12 uur van tevoren bereiken. Dat vond ik wel fijn, gaf toch wat rust. Midden in de nacht, drie uur om precies te zijn, stond de chauffeur netjes op tijd klaar. Sterker nog, hij was er zelfs 5 minuten eerder! Super vriendelijk ook, dat maakt toch een verschil als je nog half slaapt. Volgende keer twijfel ik er niet meer over, deze service gebruik ik zeker weer. Echt een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar betrouwbaarheid en vriendelijkheid, vooral op gekke tijden!

Vooraf taxi besteld s"morgens vroeg naar vliegveld en negen dagen later weer s'avonds laat terug naar huis door de zelfde vriendelijke en behulpzame taxichauffeur uit **** met mooie auto. Wij waren zeer tevreden 👍

Ik had weken van tevoren een taxi geregeld en alles netjes betaald. Op de dag van het feest, terwijl ik al helemaal klaar stond, kreeg ik ineens te horen dat ze geen chauffeur konden vinden. Echt niet te geloven! Wekenlang hadden ze mijn geld vast en op het laatste moment laten ze me gewoon stikken. Hoe kan je zo met klanten omgaan? Het voelde alsof ze me gewoon lieten zitten zonder enige verantwoordelijkheid. Dit bedrijf neemt je geld en laat je dan gewoon barsten als het erop aankomt. Echt niet aan te raden als je op zoek bent naar betrouwbaarheid.

Don't use this service if you're not familiar with the airport and dont speak Dutch. The driver refused to work with us to setup a reasonable pickup point that we could get to and hardly spoke intelligibly, even though we understand some basic Dutch. We had to get a taxi instead when we couldn't find him, and the company refused a refund because the driver was somewhere around the airport. We booked a Taxi to meet us at Schiphol at the suggested time a bit over an hour after our scheduled landing. We got through security quite fast, (45 minutes before the booking) and called the driver as instructed. We let him know that we were already through and ready for pickup when he could be there - he said OK, I'll call when I get there. I asked where we should go to meet him and he would only say "Ill tell you when I get there." That's not so helpful when you're at an unfamiliar airport, and the service at booking had suggested that you would work that out with the driver when you call after landing... not be advised spontaneously when they arrive for pickup. 30 minutes later we called him back and asked when he would be there and he said he'd be there at the originally scheduled time. A bit annoying, he could have let us know the first time that he wasn’t going to be on the way, but sure. Again we asked where we should meet him and he said he'd call when he got there. We waited until around 10 minutes after the scheduled time, and when we had received no calls, we called him again. He told us to meet him at "A, B, or C" and we let him know that we weren't sure what that meant, but thought we were following signs that said we were going there (We saw letters above the exits). Unfortunately he couldn't speak clearly enough to explain further in English, so just reiterated that. We went to where we thought he was, but couldn't find him, so I called him again. Again he wasn't able to explain clearly, but was able to tell us the hotel across the street, so we walked quite a ways to the pickup area across from that hotel, and still he wasn't there. We called again after several minutes, and he kept saying "upstairs," but we weren't able to find an "upstairs" to the pickup area. During the last call I made clear that we didnt know how to get where he was and had been searching for some time, so I asked if he could come to us. He tried to explain but was unintelligible and repeated "upstairs." After walking around for 20 minutes and now standing in the freezing rain with our luggage and 2 kids, we just grabbed a taxi and got to where we needed to be. As we were leaving, we realized departures was upstairs, which may be where he wanted to pick us up (not any of the assigned pick up areas). We couldn't tell that from inside the airport or the pick up areas outside Arrivals. The service refuses to refund because the driver was at the "agreed upon place" and supposedly tried to call us, though I never saw a missed call and called him 4 times. He also was not at an "agreed upon place", as we tried to arrange that with him several times and he explicitly refused. It's not worth it. Yes, the booking was a bit cheaper than the taxi ended up being, but absolutely not worth the headache. We could have just gone straight to the taxis after landing and left nearly an hour earlier without the headache.

Wat een slecht bedrijf is dit, het is niet normaal; Na een lange vlucht kom je aan op schiphol, eenmaal op schiphol aangekomen om 22:22 uur belt de chauffeur keurig naar mijn mobile telefoon en legt uit waar ik heen moet lopen (App ticket point) Ik vertel hem dat we naast dat de vlucht vertraagd was ook de koffers langer duren. Ja, zegt hij door de sneeuwval is het een puinhoop op schiphol dat is nu even heel erg. Ik vertel hem dat ik een berichtje zal sturen (op de snel een taxi app) als de koffers in ons bezit zijn, dat duurde echter erg lang. Blijkbaar te lang want na 71 minuten vond hij het welletjes en stuurt een bericht dat hij de rit moet annuleren. Dus ik bellen naar zijn 06-nr, en ja hoor de voice-mail, want ja ik was behoorlijk teleurgesteld met deze slappe actie. Na uitvoerig contact in de klanten service Chat bot (want bellen gaat tegenwoordig niet meer) wordt je gewoon afgeserveerd; 1 minuut te laat is voor ons genoeg reden om de rit te annuleren. Daar heb je nu € 90,- euro voor betaalt. Het is al erg genoeg na een lange zit, dat je vertraging hebt en zo lang op die koffers moet wachten en dan wordt je ook nog met deze 'topservice' geconfronteerd. Dus weer een taxi moeten nemen bij schiphol wat ons € 160,- extra kostte. Dit samen met de € 90,- die ik aan dit 'topbedrijf' heb betaald is dat dus € 250,- voor een ritje van 40 minuten. Sorry dit en sorry dat, heel vervelend voor u, maar het is niet anders, regels zijn nu eenmaal regels daar zijn ze heel goed in. Als ik toch die taxi chauffeur zou zijn dan zou ik mij SCHAMEN om na 1 minuut 'over tijd' weg te rijden. Ook super slecht dat ze hier geen alternatief voor hebben bedacht, zoals € 25 per kwartier te laat of wat dan ook. Neee ze rijden zonder scrupules weg ! Omdat het tegenwoordig op Schiphol altijd een puinhoop is, heb je ook steeds vaker vertraging dus kun je dit makkelijk oplopen. Ik zou van dit bedrijf dus NOOIT meer gebruik maken want de kans is dus altijd aanwezig dat je hetzelfde meemaakt als ik.

Tot mijn grote teleurstelling annuleerde de chauffeur de rit 10 minuten voordat wij aankwamen, omdat hij een andere klant had. We zijn hierdoor gestrand en moesten een alternatieve oplossing vinden. De klantenservice bood uiteindelijk alleen een tegoed op het account, wat volstrekt onvoldoende is gezien het betaalde bedrag en de omstandigheden. Er is nauwelijks coulance of klantgerichtheid getoond. Ik kan deze service helaas niet aanbevelen en raad toekomstige klanten aan goed te overwegen of ze hier willen boeken, vooral na lange internationale reizen.

Booked a taxi and got confirmation, paid by credit card, but they later cancelled saying "no drivers ready" (even though it was a busy day). They charged my card one amount and then gave back less. Total scamers!

I bought my second dress from Missacc. They make the dress only after you order it. I asked for a special color because the one I wanted was not shown as a choice. To my surprise, they made the dress in that color. Even though I gave my sizes, the dress needs a few small fixes, which I thought. I’m really happy with the dress, how fast it came, and the quality. I didn’t like the first dress color. The petal pink was too bright, so I chose champagne. They don’t take returns, but they gave me a nice discount on the second dress since I didn’t use the first one. This dress is for my wedding, so paying $350 total was still a good deal. A friend of mine is getting married a month after me, and I will tell her to get bridesmaid dresses from Missacc. Overall, it was a good experiance. I ordered in early July and it arrived in 20 days.

Taxichauffeur die ons van Schiphol naar huis zou brengen, vertrok al terwijl wij nog op onze koffers zaten te wachten. Daar sta je dan, 's avonds laat, laatste trein is al weg, taxi dus ook, klantenservice is niet bereikbaar. En naar je centen kun je fluiten.

I called at 00:15, the agreed time, and the driver kindly picked us up where we were waiting. He mentioned the address didn’t seem right to him, but didn’t make a fuss about it. Very friendly and easy to reach by phone. Overall, a nice experience.

It was a shame he showed up with a big bus instead of the normal taxi I ordered. Arrival was 10-15 minutes later than agreed but he informed me by text (it was during rush hour). Small issues otherwise 5 stars.

Afgelopen weekend had ik een geweldige avond in de stad om mijn verjaardag te vieren. Ik wilde niet zelf rijden, dus besloot ik een taxi te regelen. Via een handige site kon ik van tevoren een mooie prijs afspreken voor de rit van Amsterdam naar Rotterdam, met nog twee tussenstops. Alles was snel en makkelijk geregeld, betalen ging soepel en ik kreeg netjes een factuurtje voor mijn administratie. De taxi stond keurig op tijd klaar en de service was echt top! Geen stress of gedoe, precies wat je wil na een avondje uit. Het maakte mijn verjaardag extra speciaal en zorgeloos. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die een betrouwbare taxi zoekt!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was scammed out of 267 euros. The driver left the agreed place. He left me alone with three children at the airport. My ride was for 150 km. I was in contact with the driver since morning. The ride was agreed for 13:00, from 12:40 as soon as the plane landed, I informed the driver that I was waiting for my suitcase and that I was going to the agreed place. When I went to him, he informed me that he would not wait any longer and left without a word. I feel robbed. I did not receive a refund. The driver barely spoke English.. the customer service completely ignored my complaint. I was forced to order another taxi.. The driver from your next taxi tried to extort an additional 30 euros in cash from me because he said that there was no room for my child's stroller, he even said that I should leave the stroller at the airport.. This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a situation. I will never use this company's services in my life and I will advise everyone against it.
