I have mixed feelings about this company. I gave them clear instructions in writing and verbally, explaining exactly what I needed in the document. I specified the content and the desired appearance, envisioning a blend of KPI and infographic styles. However, what I received was a basic one-page document with rudimentary charts. Despite providing feedback and comments on the document, the initial changes they made did not align with my requirements. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they made additional adjustments, but unfortunately, these changes still did not reflect what I needed to convey. While there was some improvement with the inclusion of graphics and icons, it seemed that they only incorporated these elements after I pointed out their relevance to an infographic. They suggested having another discussion, but what they seem to overlook is the urgency of the information in a business context. Multiple meetings to discuss my requirements, despite having outlined them several times, indicate a lack of attention to detail. Time is of the essence, and the prolonged discussions are not aligned with the swift pace required in business.
