My experience with NetReputatio has left me feeling deeply let down and annoyed. Back in July 2023, I signed up for their services and paid half the fee upfront, expecting my project to be completed within three months. However, here we are in March 2024, and there's been no progress, no updates, and worst of all, no sign of any refunds. I've mainly dealt with Ryan Sherman, and despite my constant attempts to get information and sort things out, there's been complete silence from their end. This lack of response has only made me feel more uncertain and disappointed. As a customer, I expect companies to stick to their promises and communicate with me. Unfortunately, NetReputation.com hasn't met even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer care. Their failure to make progress, keep me informed, and refund my money shows a worrying lack of concern for customers and ethical behavior. To sum up, dealing with NetReputation.com has been really disheartening. I'd advise anyone thinking of using their services to be very careful. Their failure to fulfill their promises and deal with customer issues seriously calls into question their reliability and commitment to looking after their clients.
