The process took many steps without urgency.

The process took many steps without urgency. My design is okay but not what I asked for. An extra problem with the domain I got wasn't told in advance for an unpleasant surprise later. The site's done as agreed but it wasn't good. Bigger isn't always better and I wish I chose a smaller developer who wasn't overwhelmed, didn't have a language barrier, and didn't mess up basic edits.

Thiz company iz good. My web designer did what I wanted. It took more than two weeks though. She fixed all problems and kept checking on me. Laura cared and helped me keep my project going. Her follow-up waz good!

The representative failed to check for existing listings before reaching out to potential clients. After canceling my order, I received an email about my existing listings. The delayed follow-up was disappointing, and the lack of initial awareness of my current listing status raised questions about the efficiency of the process.
