Big thanks to ​​Nagendra​​ for his great help! I had a few tricky requests (changing invoice dates, moving VPS to Los Angeles, and more), and he took care of all of it with care and skill. He gave clear info, kept checking in while there were delays, and made sure things got done right. InterServer works well, but the support team really makes it better—fast, friendly, and they realy care about the customer. Would defintely suggest to anyone who needs good hosting!

The support team is awesome, and their servers have great uptime. Their prices may be a bit more than others, but when it comes to reliability and service, InterServer is always my first choce. Honestly, they deserve more than just 5 stars!

Their customer service and admin crew are super helpful and quick to aid with any website or hosting troubles. I'm thankful for their help fixing WordPress cloning problems and getting my site back after a 403 error. It means a bunch to me.. There was no acknowledgment or effort to address my billing concerns. Moreover, my issue with opening PDF invoices through various platforms was ignored. The support platform's limitations, lacking a post-ticket closure survey, add to the overall disappointment. Although the prompt response time earned them three stars, the overall support experience leaves much to be desired, making a lower rating likely.
