    I bought Quickbooks Pro Plus Lifetime Subscription and later

    I bought Quickbooks Pro Plus Lifetime Subscription and later found out that it didn't come with payroll. Plus, I couldn’t connect the payroll subscription I already had from Intuit. I didn't install the software, but I called 2 times to ask for a refund. I don’t think I left a message, but later, a rep called my cell since he noticed my attempts to reach out. I was glad he called back. He agreed to my refund request but told me to dispute it. My credit card company issued a temp credit and later gave me a final credit to fix this.

    After I purchased a new license from Plusbay, Quickbooks

    After I purchased a new license from Plusbay, Quickbooks notified me that my license had expired. I felt worried, but I decided to look at my license page in my account. There it mentioned that this could occur, and if it does, all you need to do is reenter the license and validation code. The licenses update every day on that page, so if someone tries to use the same code they did before, it won't be valid. This fixed the problem for me, and I can now download my bank transactions again. Everything is fine.

    I was unsure due to the other reviews but decided to buy anyway. Everything worked fine until the end when I got an error with PDFs, and I did have issues. Plusbay linked to my computer and fixed the problem. It was a new computer without the XPS app, so the issue was with my computer, not the Quickbooks link.

    After the setup went smoothly, I tried to run payroll two weeks later, but it was stuck in view mode. I reached out for support but got no answer and couldn’t leave a message. Feeling like I was duped, I uninstalled and reinstalled, which in hindsight wasn't needed; it started working again after I entered a new product key. This key requires re-entry each time you close the program. QB support also told me Plusbay isn't an authorized seller.

    Thoughts

    After the first setup that went well, two weeks later when I tried to do payroll, it was in view mode. I called support but got no answer and couldn’t leave a message. I felt like I got scamed. I uninstalled and reinstalled, which I now see wasn't needed, as it worked again with a new product key. The new product key requires entering it every time you close the software. I also learned from QB support that Plusbay isn't an authorized seller.

    The first interaction went smoothly, and I bought Pro Plus 2024 for Desktop. Used it twice without any issues. Now, our account has switched to Premier Plus 2023, and since the product number is different, I can't get a new license to update. I've been locked out since July 20 and haven't received any replies to my calls or emails from PlusBay.

    I have had trouble downloading and installing the software they gave me. I reached out to them, and they sent different downloads, but they still don't work. Now, after a full day, every email I send to their support address keeps bouncing back as "temporarily" undeliverable. I really want to get this working, but I just can't find any decent tech support.

    I would rate this company lower if possible.

    I would rate this company lower if possible. My experience matches what others have shared lately. Initially, getting the updated keys seemed fine, but then it became an issue. I’m unable to access my account, and despite numerous emails, chat messages, and phone calls, I haven't received any response. I usually try to offer constructive feedback even in negative reviews, but not this time. Avoid spending your money here. It’s been more than two weeks without access to my QB files.

    What a waste of money...

    What a waste of money...I had no issues buying and downloading QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2023. However, it stopped working after just a few months, and I was locked out of the site, with QB only showing in view-only mode. It was supposed to be a lifetime licensed subscription, but that never happened...they’ll offer a few licenses when you ask, then disappear...I expected little and that’s what I got...try ‘Better Excel Checkbook’ instead...it’s only $15 and does everything QB does.

    This company is a total rip-off.

    This company is a total rip-off. It worked fine for 2 months, then they stopped supporting the product, and now you can't log in or get a new key for QuickBooks. I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks, but no one picks up the phone. Emails go unanswered, and their WhatsApp number is gone.

    Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

    Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Fraudulent business. Functioned fine for a few months, then the product vanished. You can’t log in or get a new key for QuickBooks. I’ve been attempting to contact them, but nobody picks up the phone or replies to emails.
