Kelsey was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and simple. She took time to look at all my choices and found me a great deal without cutting coverage. I appreciated the call back. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was nice and paid attention to my worries. All messages and choices were easy to understand; they showed patience and didn’t rush me. Every option was discussed, and the rep was really professional. All adjustments done smoothly. I’m satisfied and I’ve told other family members to try rocket money/savvy.

Chris was very polite, and had a good sense of humor. But the most important thing was he was really informative and supportive. I needed auto insurance fast, at a reasonable price. He provided me with multiple options to make sure I got a fair down payment. Would definitely consider this service again for future insurance needs.

Daniel Dimitri did a great job helping us get insurance for a difficult-to-insure property. He responded to all my messages and we had the insurance sorted in a few days. I'm still wating on replies from two local brokers, but now I can happily tell them I've got what I needed.

Jak was realy helpful nd did wat he cud to help us out as much as he cud. We had alredy found a grate qote with root nd he was able to help us get an even betr rate with root. We're very happy with the outcome for the insurance nd very happy with Jak!

The agent was polite and quick in helping me with auto coverage. However, the vehicle's VIN is wrong, which I will fix soon. For now, I look forward to using the new policy with Best Auto Insurance Company in the future. Thank you so much.

I appreciated the competitive quote compared to others. However, I wasn't a fan of feeling rushed. On a positive note, I liked that the agent had later hours, making it more convenient for me.
