Very simple to get into. I’ve been into fitness for years but had some time off, and these workouts help me ease back into routine. I wish there was an easier way to rewind or skip ahead instead of dragging the bar. It would also be nice to watch it on my laptop for a larger scren. Didn't do the food plan first 2 weeks and still dropped 500 grams. In week 3 I stuck to it more and lost another 500 grams which feels good. The tracker keeps me on track. The meal plan is realy good with the choices, recipes and shopping list.

Decent app overall. The recipes are nice, but I noticed some inconsistencies in the calorie counts. For instance, one recipe said it had 300 cal, but after checking, it was actually 380. After that, I started double-checking the recipes, though I’d have preferred not to. When I asked about my daily intake, I was first told I was on 1200 cal, but after doing the math, it was more like 1400. The tracking features are pretty solid and help me stay on track. Plus, there’s some useful info too.

I have health problems that cause me to gain weight, and I haven’t managed to lose it yet. The program is simple to understand and adjust. I swap menus when the sodium level isn’t good for me. It has been useful for me so far but with my odd work hours it gets tricky to stay inside the right time frames, and I don’t always get a chance to prepare meals which slows my results I belive! I am on the road often and when eating out I still do my best to pick healthy while keeping to the portion rules!

This program is very motivating, inspiring, and supportive.
Their motto really says everything: “Progress not perfection.” Unlike other programs, you don’t have to aim for a flawless version of yourself. I like how the tasks cover different areas of "improving yourself." I do wish the workout task would return, as it was a fun part of the program.

This company's got nice recipes, and the exercises are easy to follow. The Facebook group is helpful, 'cause members help each other out. The only downside is the app sometimes glitches, so you gotta sign in again to get where you wanna go.

There are some things I don’t like about the App. It doesn’t let me print out the recepies, and the full PDF I got didn’t have some meals I needed. The search couldn’t find them either 'cause of how the recepies were saved.
