This is the best streaming service I've tried. Used other ones and didn't have any succes getting what I needed.

The inclusion of a post-stream performance email is a welcome addition. Negative: However, there are noticeable frame drops in the playback videos on Restream and YouTube, creating occasional stalls. Despite the post-stream email claiming no lost frames, this issue persists, particularly when interacting with viewer comments. Despite these drawbacks, the overall streaming performance is significantly better compared to our previous provider.

Pros: I love the layout, the screen selection. The QR codes are amazing so now people watching my live stream can buy my products while I’m live streaming. Your vertical screen and sharing other screens not so good actually it’s bad. I also stream to multiple platforms and once you get up and running, it’s OK but there’s a lot of touch and go in the beginning of the stream, lotta glitching and stuff like that so hope it helps out. Can’t wait to see other features and improvements that you guys make. I really like you guys overall.

The interface is quite simple to use, and setting up streaming to several platforms was not too difficult. The combined chat view on the dashboard makes it easy to keep track of the conversations happening on each platform.

Youtbe channels do good on Restream. Utilizing a personal Faebook page on Restream is hard. You gotta swiftly switch your settings on your personal FB from privet to public or you can't chat with anyone from that page.

The company's multi-stream feature is cool! I feel they could offer a tad more guidance for new users, yet the merged chat enhances the experience. Great app!

The platform (Studio) needs improvement. It should remember cameras, camera settings, and audio settings without requiring setup each time. There's a chance to add built-in scene switching, a feature OBS lacks. It's a decent beginning, but there's untapped potential. Releasing these features could really boost the product.

To add to the confusion, the recorded event ended up in a LinkedIn "event container" marked as canceled. The overall experience was frustrating and left much to be desired.

this streaming service is driving me nuts. It's like every other day; things get stuck, servers are overloaded, and in peak hours, it's a hot mess. And the cherry on top? Super pricey, especially for those low-cost plans that don't even come with a web player. I used to roll with them for three years, all good with my NDI cameras. Now, though, it's like they've got more streams than solutions. Not feeling the love anymore.

The company said I could stream on 4 channels if I paid more, but I could only use 2. Thats really disappointing.

Have been streaming for years using restream, for the first time they have added a pumpkin icon where our assets are - preloaded videos and images are, now I guessed where it was, but for those on the team who may not be able to discern it clearly - this was a problem, the platform had especial glitches today, freezing when the livestream was inadvertently ended and not reverting to the Orange/Red 'Go Live now', so we would know it had stopped streaming. Please keep the platform professional with consistent icons, it is not necessary to make the functional icons seasonal. We have seen the Christmas overlays last year, thank you. However some users like ourselves are using restream for corporate purposes in a team setting.

I have been trying since May of 2024 (10 months ago) to cancel my account. I emailed their billing department in May, sent the information they requested to verify the account, and never heard from them again. They do not answer the phone, the chat is not available. I do not have the resources to contact them. I have just contacted my bank to stop any further charges and to work on a refund.

The service is decent, but its cost outweighs its utility. I encountered streaming issues on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Kick. Only YouTube and Twitch functioned without a hitch. The overall value doesn't align with the high price point.

One of the worst experiences with this company. Their customer service was absolutely awful, it felt like I was talking to robots instead of real people. And don't even get me started on the laggy streaming on Linkedin, it was unbearable.
