    Easy to queue playlists

    Installed, logged in, picked output as ALAC, and dragged an album over. The interface is clean. Device limit activation tripped me once, but resetting the license fixed it. Files land exactly where I set in preferences.

    Bulk conversions done fast

    Downloaded the Spotify tool, signed in, and queued two playlists. Conversion ran quickly with art and tags intact. One app update broke login, but a patch fixed it next day. Having FLAC files for my DJ crates is worth the license.

    Great product that works really well and does what you need. The support is good, even though they are in a different time zone. Replies are usually the next day at the latest. My small issue got fixed with an update. Overall, a solid product that is worth the money.

    This app is not made for those who love high-quality sound. It might work for someone with less experience, but not for experts. Fortunatly, after purchasing and trying it, I was not happy, and they agreed to give me a full refund. Some things could be better, like the sound level (many downloads are cut off, mostly new albums or hi-res, but even older ones on 16-bit). Support could be quicker in answering, though they did reply to all my messages.

    I’ve been using NoteBurner for about 3 years now, and each time I’ve faced an issue, Jojo (the rep) and the NoteBurner team were quick to reply to my emails… Thanks for always helping me out when I need it. I’m even considering getting a second licence for my backup computer. You guys rock!!
