    I've been using Qeeq for

    I've been using Qeeq for international trips for about six years now, and it's usually pretty solid. The website's easy to navigate, and it lays out all the vehicle options, extra fees, and perks from different agencies. This past year though, renting a car in Italy was a bit of a hiccup. They pushed hard on getting extra insurance, even though Qeeq said the car already had zero excess. Left me feeling a bit iffy about how protected I really was. Qeeq's info needs to be clearer so you know what you're getting into. Still, it's mostly been a good ride with them.

    I booked a car through QEEQ and everything went super smooth. Found a great deal on a car I wanted. The issue popped up when I returned the car. Budget tacked on an extra charge for breakdown coverage without giving me a heads-up. They should've told me about it when I picked up the car, not slapped it on at the end. I only agreed to pay extra for unlimited tolls, nothing else. Kinda frustrating, but overall, the booking experience with QEEQ was pretty good. Just wish Budget had been more upfront.

    When I went to rent

    When I went to rent a car, the guy at the office had no clue about what documents were needed. Took him forever to figure out my Canadian license and international permit. Once that was sorted, he just pointed me in some direction to get my car, barely speaking English. I wandered around for 10 minutes before finding the garage. And guess what? They gave me a manual car when I'd booked an automatic. They refused to switch it, even when I said I'd pay extra. Dropping off the car was another mess. The guy took the car, made me sign papers, and said I'd get a copy by email. Still waiting for that email.

    We booked a car, but the rental place gave us this beat-up old Nissan Note instead. It was an import from Japan, and honestly, it looked like it had seen better days. The paint was peeling, tires were almost flat, and the gearbox was a mess. None of the USB ports worked, and it started shaking like crazy once we hit 80kph. The car had clocked 80,000 kilometers and sounded like it was falling apart. I've rented cars everywhere, but this one was the absolute worst. We were exhausted and had no choice but to take it to our hotel across the island. Total nightmare.

    I booked a car through

    I booked a car through Qeeq right before catching a flight, got my confirmation and everything. Arrived in New Orleans around 9pm, went straight to the rental counter and guess what? They told me they had no cars left. Turns out Qeeq just made a fake booking for me. No real cars, just a number. It was late, I was tired, and left without any options. Their prices might look good, but it's just not worth the hassle. Avoid booking same-day pickups with Qeeq if you don't want to end up stranded like me!

    You wouldn't believe what happened.

    You wouldn't believe what happened. I rented a car through QeeQ, which usually goes smooth. But this time, Hertz totally ruined it. They charged me 438 euros for this tiny scratch on the rear bumper. I picked up the car at night, couldn't even see it. How's anyone supposed to notice such a small thing in the dark? 438 euros for that is just ridiculous. I'm done with Hertz, their service is terrible.
