They put my car online and I got phone numbers from people interested. A few called me. Some offers were very low but then I talked to Jimmy and he gave me a fair price for my car. He told me how everything would go and it was just like he said. Two guys drove from Lancs to Luton to pick up the car. Jimmy sent the money to my bank right over the phone. I saw the money there right away. Jimmy then told DVLA I wasn’t the owner anymore and sent me an email to confirm. I really couldn’t ask for better help. Jimmy is definetly the best part. Talk to him as some of the others were not so good!!

Got into this situation yesturday. They told me I would get £1250 for my car, but only £250 showed up in my bank. The guy on the phone who promised me £1250 acted like he never said it. They just lie and trick people… Think they might be Irish travellers. Saw the name Patrick on my bank statement, called him, and he pretended he knew nothing. These people are the worst. Be careful and stay away from them.

Definitely a waste of time. Three different people called me to collect my car, but none of them would do cash or an instant bank transfer before taking the vehicle, which is the basic rule of any transaction. The one who actually showed up refused to do an instant transfer or pay in cash. He started rambling with all sorts of nonsense, got rude, and nearly started yelling. My daughter came outside while he was swearing, so I had to set him straight, explaining a few things to him in simple terms. I also pointed out that his vehicle wasn’t taxed or insured, and that the police were coming. Don’t sell your car through this service – they basically want to take your vehicle without paying. The basic rule of any sale is to pay first. Avoid these scammers. Also, bank transfers don’t take 24 hours, only Bacs from companies do. If they don’t offer cash, you’re very unlikely to get paid.

The advert promises that this company is honest and dependable. All you need to do is provide some basic car info and your phone number, and they'll offer a good price for your scrap vehicle. For my van, I was quoted £200. After entering my details, I received a call almost immediately from a man with a foreign accent. He sounded very rude and asked, "How much do you want for the van?" I reminded him that he was supposed to give me a quote, but he was very aggressive. I couldn't even reply properly before hanging up. Total scamers.

Awful company.

I gave my info on their website for a valuation including my phone number and seconds later got calls from 3 diferent numbers. I answered politely and asked them to stop but the calls kept coming. I blocked one number and then another unknown number started ringing. I have blocked all of them now and will never deal with this company again. It’s total harassment. Stay away.

DON’T TRUST THEM, Absolute jerks promise you 1250 for sure, put 1250 on invoice but only give 250 saying the first 1 is actually a pound sign. They’re just lowlifes trying to cheat people.

They share your info with their 'local agents' (seems like anyone who paid a fee), and you start getting calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages from many people giving low/medium prices.

The guy said he'd come to pick up the car at 8:30am the next day. However, no one showed up. I tried calling him, but he didn’t pick up the phone.
