RUN!

The mascara burn my eyes and caused itching. The lashes felt gummy and was hard to get off even with lid wipes. The pigment stick is just a dab of color that last for about an hour. The instant glow is an oil stick like any other it provides moisture but it is overpriced compared to similar brands. If the mascara wasn't so horrible I would have let the poor review go for the other products, but something is clearly not right that mascara!

Prime Prometics shipping and tracking no good

I am cancelling my order through my bank because the customer service is very bad. They cannot find my order and there was no confirmation sent. I checked everywhere. All the contact with the company did was point to a Shop.App site which is very difficult to navigate and when I finally thought I got somewhere they didn’t have the order # I was provided. But prime did take the money from my account! So I am going to go through my bank.

Impossible to remove

This mascara goes on nicely but if you get it on your skin you can’t get it off. When you remove your makeup it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove this stuff. You have to use a rolling action with water and your fingers. But it leaves little tubes of mascara on your skin that are impossible to get off. Your eyelids will be red and irritated by the time you’re done.

Junk

I believed so much that I would move the eye shadow that I even threw the packaging away. I am so disappointed , I bought 2 of the shadows and even using a primer, there is no pigment and It rubs off almost as fast as I could put it on. The only truthful thing In their advertising is that it goes on so smoothly.

THE WORST!

Their eyeliner pencil fell apart when I first opened it and the mascara was completely dried out. There is no phone number so my email to them took three weeks for them to answer and to getting my refund. With all the money they spend on constant advertising you’d think they’d make sure their products were top notch.

Not an honest company. Don’t waste your money.

Check the BBB. A company with a big “F” failing to conduct a legitimate business. All I can say is the packaging is nice but the cosmetics, made in China, are less than desirable. I guess the name and address they provide for returns aren’t legitimate, so I’ll be taking this issue to my credit card company.

They don't communicate at all, once I said I want to return 2 of the 4 items they sent.

I wished to return the eyebrow coloring and the eyeliner as they just don't perform as stated. Prime Prometics won't respond to my repeated emails. Today I found a phone number for the firm, but there was just a recorded voice saying to leave a message. Avoid purchasing from them.

Nothing like the adverts!

I found this mascara disappointing after all the glowing advertising and reviews. It didn't make much difference to my eyelashes. It's also very difficult to remove and I couldn't use more than one coat as the eyelashes were already very stiff after one coat. Not a flattering look!

Placed an order for mascara

Placed an order for mascara on November 9th, and the wait has been enduring. Despite two assurances about its imminent arrival, the service has left much to be desired. The product, while promising, is overshadowed by the disappointing customer experience.

Buyer beware scammers

This company steals your money will not respond to any of my emails still have not received my order tracking shows my order has been in Jamaica NY for 9 days now with no movement SCAMMERS do not order from this so called company

I bought the mascara and it made my eye lashes

I bought the mascara and it made my eye lashes stick together, irritated my eyelid and caused a stye. When I tried to return it, they didn't reply. I've sent three emails. I would suggest avoiding products from them.

Avoid!! They ripped me off!!

Purchased mascara and lipstick and hated both. When I tried to return they refunded me $13:30 on a $ 45 purchase (plus I paid 13.00 just to ship package back. So I’m out $45. Just unbelievably bad company.

Where is my product?

I purchased this! BUT - they keep sending emails that they’re withholding my product release. It makes no sense! They tell me to go back to my cart to apply a 15% discount. This seems like a scam.

No eyeliner pencil - just a bit of stretch brown rubber. Scammers.

No response to my complaint. My complaint? Waited over 2 weeks, to receive a small piece of stretchy brown rubber, imitating an eyeliner pencil. No eyeliner whatsoever. Fraud, in fact.

Worst mascara ever

Horrible. Clumpy lashes stick together. I used a tooth pick to separate! Customer service totally unresponsive. Save your money. Drug store brands way better for 1/3 the price

Order not received

Placed order and haven’t received. Money taken from account. Emailed many many times always get automated responses . Can not speak with a real person. Be warned !!!!

WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS TO RETURN X 3 WEEKS

Horrible. I feel scammed. Three weeks trying to return with NO RESPONSE. WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK. even tried to write a review on the site and it would not take it.

Very allergic to this product

Please take care anyone ordering this eye Brightener . I have become very allergic . Very expensive a scam and package said on back one item £4 and another £6

Beware

Prime Prometics will take your money and not ship what was ordered. I am reporting them to the NY Attorney General's office. Don't order from this company!

Eyeliner doesn not glide well

The eyeliner does not glide smoothly over eye shadow. The American $$ converted to Australian $$ works out very expensive for a basic eyeliner.

Not as Promised

I have yet to experience ANY of the claims, especially the 5x length. I am extremely disappointed, especially for the price.

problem with return

Still waiting for the return shipping label. Like the mascara but would never order again because of the return issue.

Das ist die beste Mascara, die ich je benutzt habe, und glaubt mir, ich habe in meinen über 60 Jahren viele ausprobiert. Ich benutze auch die Augencreme, das Serum für Wimpern und Augenbrauen und die Feuchtigkeitscreme für unter den Augen. Alle sind echt super!!!
