I tried this company, quite pricey 🫰 but I did manage to lose nearly 70 pounds over the course of a year, so I guess it was worth the cost. I have a long-term condition that makes exercising difficult, so with the help of this medication, I was able to drop the weight I needed.

The overall experience was great; however, there's a small suggestion for improvement. The medical assistant could enhance customer communication by providing information on their arrival and specifying the exact location, such as the specific part of the parking lot.

I tried to pause my medication shipments on September 12 because I had more than enough after reducing my dosage. The last couple of shipments had expiration dates that were too soon, so I figured it was best to hold off until I needed more. They asked me to send pictures of my meds to prove it, which felt unnecessary. Finally, in mid-October, they agreed to stop the shipments, but they're still not crediting me properly for those almost-expired shipments. I should only be charged for a third of my payment, but they're insisting on nearly two-thirds. Plus, they plan to bill me for the months I don’t even need the meds because I’ve got a back stock. It's been over a month since I asked, and I'm still stuck in this mess.

At a recent follow-up, despite confirming appointments and insurance details, they attempted to charge me $125 instead of my $10 co-payment. The staff, especially on the second floor, were rude and unhelpful. Don't bother—communication, efficiency, and professionalism are severely lacking. Despite multiple attempts through phone calls, emails, and chats, there was no response. The lack of communication left me frustrated, especially after the promising start. Unfortunately, my card was charged for an unwanted additional month.
