Honestly, I didn’t expect such quick and thoughtful service. Max is now happily playing with his new toy, and I'm really impressed with the care they showed us.

Great customer service experience. My dog chews aggressively. I didn't know about the various strengths and bought a toy she tore apart quickly. I reached out to Karen at Playology, discussed breed, age, size, and got a suitable toy for her chewing. She still loves it. Quick response and helpful advice. Man, this company rocks! Our dog absolutely loves their chew stick toy. The first one we got lasted for years, and we just bought another one because it’s his absolute favorite. We also tried their dry tech toy for our second dog, who’s a serious chewer. It’s more suited for less aggressive chewers, but both dogs still had fun with it. Karen from the company was amazing, helping us find a better toy for our heavy chewer and even offered a replacement. Love dealing with real people instead of corporate robots. Playology is definitely our go-to for dog toys now!

Let me tell you about this 'playology bone' from Pets at Home, it's a total letdown. My dog, who usually loves new toys, couldn't care less about this one. I even tried smearing it with gravy, marmite, and peanut butter to get her interested. Nothing worked. She just sniffed it and walked away. It's like she didn't even see it as a toy. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected a lot more. If you're thinking about buying this for your pet, I’d advise against it. It's just not worth the money or the hassle. Save your cash for something that your pet might actually enjoy.
