Horrible company. Ordered 1 month ago and they still haven’t shipped my order. I have been emailing them every single day to cancel since they obviously aren’t shipping it and can’t get any help. I am likely going to have to file a claim with my bank for this. I’m warning you now you may be scammed by this company.

I had some issues logging into my account, and it was hard to get through on the phone because I wear hearing aids. The agent was really patient and helped me sort everything out.
