Five Stars. I used to think Iron Mountain boxes (for A4 files, etc.) were the finest. I decided to give The Hill Company a try for some extras back in 2020, since they were a bit more affordable. Over time, I found their boxes were actually a bit sturdier than Iron Mountain’s (who had switched from metal staples to an all-glue approach, making the lids a bit weaker). I've ordered from The Hill Company three or four times now and can confidently say that I am very pleased with every part of their products and services.

The Permanent Marker I ordered was exactly what I expected, so it was a great product. It arrived on time and at a reasonable price. They also included a T-Shirt and rolling tray, all wrapped in high-quality packaging that looked like something I'd send as a gift. It was a nice surprise to get the extras, and the overall quality was impressive, especially for someone who deals with so many online stores. 5 out of 5 for The Human Condition! Keep doing great work!

I got the kiwi minibuds and some crispy blunts. The packing was so sneaky and hidden that I didn’t even know what it was until I opened it haha. No smell, no hints, nothing. Really smooth to smoke with a slight sweet aftertaste. I've been enjoying the high for the past few hours and I only used half a bowl! Nice, relaxing, and easygoing high. Great quality. Looking forward to trying the cookies and cream crispy blunts.

I’ve really liked getting the mystery boxes. They always include a nice pouch of flower (which is essential), edibles (big fan) and some small extras like wraps. Every month has been a nice surprise. I could do without all the wraps, but I usually give them to friends... makes them happy, so it's fine. Overall, I've been pretty happy!

I've placed multiple orders for concentrates and I really enjoy them, but recently, I've been having issues. I paid extra for priority and peace of mind shipping, but my last few orders have not arrived on time. I've had to email each time, and Nicole has always been polite, but the tracking for my last three orders hasn't worked. I requested a refund for the $11.99 I paid for priority mail because it took more than a week to get here, and I'm in Ga. (right next door), but instead of a refund, my card was charged another $11.99. I still want to shop with you, but your shipping could use improvement! P.S. I have a package that was supposed to ship last Thursday, but the tracking still shows it hasn’t been received, and I paid for priority. I don’t think you guys are trying to do anything shady, but something needs to be fixed...maybe switch to UPS or FedEx instead of USPS.

Bad Service

These people never answer the phone. you call and call and they don't answer. when you place an order it sits there for days because apparently these people are to stoned to answer the phone and find there way to the post office. Most people never run out of smoke on Sat or Sun according to this place. They cant find anyone to work weekends or answer the phone. I wouldn't answer the phone either if I run my business the way these people do. Don't waste your time with The Human Crap Spot! Cannabliss gets your order on time and they are open 7 days a week. They answer their phone. Thank God its legal in more then one state, so we don't have to deal with this clown show. P.S. To bad there's not a negative 5 rating
