Things were smooth for a while on auto-pay, but then I started getting too many emails asking to update my medical info. Did it multiple times, but the emails kept coming. Even after calling them a couple of times, the issue persisted. Then, I missed receiving my product once, and after contacting them, they apologized and promised to expedite it. However, it's been eight days now, and still no product or any update. Starting to feel frustrated and considering switching back to Himms.
