I had a terrible experience with this app. Despite its poor functionality, I made the mistake of providing my credit card information for a trial. Canceling was a nightmare, and I only succeeded on the day my subscription was set to begin. They refused a refund, citing their terms and conditions. This seems to be their standard procedure. In my opinion, this company's practices are deceptive and should be prohibited.

However, it often has trouble syncing with my fitness tracker, making it tough to monitor progress. Despite these tech problems, I’ve made good progress with the support team’s help. The app could work more effectively with a few adjustments.

The app did not work on my phone

The app did not work on my phone - a Google Pixel 6a running Android 14. I replied to an email from Able and said that I wished to cancel my subscription immediatly. I was contacted fairly quickly by Able and credits to PayPal were arranged. That was a rather better experience than some others have reported on this site

Able's fitness plans left me a bit disapointed. I had hoped they'd adjust to my progress and likes. But, the workouts got boring and didn't push me enough as I got better. There's promise, but it needs fixing to fit each person's fitness level.
