I purchased a couple of sweaters from Oxknit

I purchased a couple of sweaters from Oxknit, and it took nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive. The delivery tracking still says it's on the way... haha. Anyway, I received both items. The fabric feels a bit flimsy, so I rate the quality a 4 out of 5. The fit is also quite nice. I doubt they will last long after a few washes. If you need something quickly, Oxknit might not be the best choice.

I've made a few purchases with Oxknit and overall had a nice time with them. The sizes match what they show, and the quality is quite decent. There were some loose threads here and there, but nothing that a small lighter couldn't take care of. It's a bit odd to see so many bad reviews, as my own orders were just fine. Shipping wasn't too long, and everything came in proper packaging.

I really like the Oxknit tops. I own 4 of them. I always hand-wash them, so I haven’t had issues with shrinking like some others. Oxknit has been great for me in terms of comfort and quality. I always get a lot of compliments when I wear them. I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs. I wear a medium in their knit tops. I haven’t bought any of their other products.

This compny, it's not so bad. It took a while for my first order but Amazon's faster. The quality's alright, I dunno why folks complain. On Amazon, they don't have all styles, so I went direct, took two weeks. Sizing, go one up, works for me.

My order came when promised, just like I thought it would. It fits well. I didn’t know the company sourced their products from China; I assumed it was a local business.

Alright so the sizes run small cause of Chinese sizing. I’m 5’11” and around 200lbs, body wise I’m kind of "skinny fat" – like someone who eats ok and works out sometimes. I tried XL and XXL – XL felt more like a U.S. small, and XXL like a medium. Probably XXXL would fit better. I got a sweater and a polo, they look like in the pictures. Material is soft, but it starts to wear on the outside fast. Shipping took quite a while. I later ordered 4 more sweaters, only 3 came but they still charged for 4. Also, one of the sweaters had bad stitching from the arm to the body, so when I raised my arm it looked off. They sent me 10% refund for that. They have cool stuff but the company doesn’t seem very proffesional. Looks like they can’t handle all the orders coming in.

So, on a whim I grabbed one shirt that was a cardigan, it felt well made. Then I went all out and bought different knit short sleeve shirts—polo and button-up. The quality was kinda hit or miss. The lightweight knit polo started to come apart at some seems and a few others don’t fit right (not stiff enough to keep the shape of a collar). I can sew a bit… like my mom showed me how to sew on a button—so I fixed them. But even with careful care—no dryer—they should be lasting better. Overall I like their stuff, and will probably buy again, but I’ve figured out which ones last longer, wrinkle less, and have enough shape so I don’t have to starch a casual shirt to wear out. I’ve gotten lots of nice comments for what it’s worth.

I also decided to try the Black Friday surprise box, hoping for at least one good shirt, but instead, I got a terrible pair of shorts and a shirt with a large year printed on it. The items didn’t even go well together, and the only decent thing was a pair of socks. It’s clear that the “surprise” boxes are just old items that they try to sell off as something special. I won’t be shopping here again because the value and quality don’t match the cost.

I checked the website and it instructed me to contact them on IG due to some break/ holiday they were having. Their replies on IG were fairly fast. Eventually, I found out the shirts were on back order even though it showed shipped. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me right away. I won't be buying from them again. However, I've noticed Amazon and alibaba have the same shirts listed lately.

Not happy with this product.

Not happy with this product. I bought a knit sweater that should have been neon pink (from the webiste) with a dog in glasses. The color is more like light peach. Really dull and not what I thought. The fabric feels cheap and the size is way too big (I followed their guide). Return was impossible since it shipped from China. Customer support was fine – they gave 10% refund and a 10% coupon, but I won't order here again, so it’s useless.

Yeah, like many people mentioned, getting OXKNIT stuff wasn't a great choice. I didn’t check any reviews before I started buying their things, and now I got around 8 shirts from them! And honestly, there was some kind of issue with ALMOST EACH ONE! I didn’t notice the problam at first, cause the shirts stayed in my closet for weeks or even months before I tried any. So it took time to realize the quality just isn’t that good.

This business, with full awarness, sells sweaters for women that come with a big line across the top which you don’t see on their website but shows up once you get it. Delivery took 3 whole months. They won’t return all your money. Also, their sizes don’t fit many people. I wouldn’t order from this brand again.

Watch out! This company is a SCAM! They said they delivered my item, but there’s no record of it on my Ring Camera. Their response to my complaint was to ask me to check with my neighbor. No attempt to investigate my claim or provide tracking. I feel like I’ve been tricked. It seemed too good to be true.

These are products made and sent from China, I wish I had looked at more reviews before buying. Clothes are still falling apart after just a few days of use. I won't waste my time returning them, don’t want to pay for shipping back to China. Stay away from this company.

I tried to finish my order using Paypal, but it got cancelled and I got a message from my bank. When I called them, they told me there were some issues reported by others who bought from this company called Oxknit in HongKong. I decided not to go through with it.

Did not get any news for nearly 2 weeks. Contacted customer service and learned my item was sold out and never shipped. They only offered a refund or a replacement. Makes me think if I hadn’t reached out, I might never have known.
