Complete rip-off! STAY AWAY! This company is a total scam. (1) The quality is super low. Clothes look nothing like the pictures. Elbow patches were sewn on the biceps, not the elbows at all. (2) The package arrives with no return address or return information. (3) Their emails put YOUR email address in "reply-to," causing your emails to bounce. (4) They keep stringing you along every time you try to get a refund. If you find yourself stuck making a purchase, you can probably get a refund through your credit card or Paypal. Paypal did process a refund with all the necessary information.

Got scammed out of £70 today. Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a jacket and shoes, and what arrived is not fit for a charity shop. The Wayrates site invests more effort in its website than its products. They're just shipping the cheapest possible rubbish that bears zero resemblance to the pictures on their site. Given their base in China and the pattern of reviews, pursuing a refund seems like a futile endeavor. I'll be spreading the word on every review site to warn others. It's frustrating that platforms like Pinterest let them advertise, creating a false sense of security. I'll stick to Amazon and thoroughly research any unfamiliar company before ordering. Lesson learned: don't trust ads. It's a shame, as I would have liked the jacket in the picture, but what I got was absolute rubbish. I suspect these scammers operate under different names, and once Wayrates is exposed, other aliases will likely surface.

My experience with this shop was disheartening. The item I received differed vastly from the celebrity-endorsed coat pictured, revealing deceptive advertising. The cost of the return, amounting to £25, was an unwelcome surprise, and to compound matters, I never received a refund. This shop appears to be intentionally misleading customers, delivering knock-offs instead of the advertised items. A cautionary warning to others—avoid this shop to prevent falling victim to deceptive practices and unsatisfactory transactions.
