    The product was as described.

    The product was as described. The transaction was quick and easy. Although some products ship free, I was charged a shipping fee for each of the two items I bought, even though they're from the same seller and only differ in color. That being said, the price per item, including shipping, was still more than fare.

    Well, when I saw the reviews

    Well, when I saw the reviews, I was kinda unsure. 'Cause I usually need a higher rating before I buy from a company. These hats look great. They did even BETTER than I expected. I had nothing less than a 5 star time. So, I'll totally be a repeat customer. Still surprised they don't have a higher rating.

    The only reason I’m not giving them four stars is because they take quite a while to deliver. Maybe it was my order since it was over 50 pounds, so I can understand. But the product itself is really good.

    I placed an order for coffee tumblers, but the experience has been less than smooth. I received emails with errors in spelling and discrepancies in color details. The proof they sent was rendered pointless as they later claimed they needed a higher resolution image. The initially specified delivery timeframe also extended significantly. Attempts to contact the representative were unsuccessful, and the alternative contact offered little assistance, insisting maroon and red are nearly identical. Requesting a supervisor's intervention proved futile, with a dismissive response. Considering the complications, canceling the order and refunding my payment seems a reasonable request.

    My experience with this company was terrible. They charged me more than they should have without asking, and they act like it's no big deal. I strongly advise against doing business with them. I'm going to report them to the BBB because I believe they're running a scam.
