The community is nice, and the learning is easier than I expected. It's not as difficult as I thought it would be. Looking forward to continue.

I really liked how all the information was split into clear and easy parts, especially for people like me who don’t have any IT skills.

I have been studying with NGT
I have been studying with NGT, and it has been a good experience so far. I am currently working on the FSNA course and will soon start the network engineering course. Throughout my learning, I haven't encountered any problems with connectivity or accessing the portal. Everything has functioned as expected. The management team has always been quick to respond to my needs and progress. They have consistently provided the support I required to continue learning comfortably. The course materials are well-organized, and the mentor is very knowledgeable. I am confident that NGT is the right place to build the skills and knowledge I need in networking. I look forward to moving on to the next course with high hopes.

Jakob Hess is an awesome teachr!
Jakob Hess is an awesome teachr! So easy to understand, but doesn't go too deep too quick, or when he does it's usually right. While I think the other FSNP instructr Rob knows his stuff, his videos are less clear, leaving me wantin' to ask questions, but he's gone now. Just started CCNA prep with Bob and he seems cool. Overall, it's been a good experience and I feel I've learned a lot, though I wish they'd talk more about entry level FSNE jobs. Maybe record interviews with new grads?

Jakob Hess made my experyence a good one.
Jakob Hess made my experyence a good one. I recently passed the FSNA. To be honest it was this first exam and Lab in a skool or Academy atmosphere I have done in 20+ years. I was nervus but through the instruction of Jakob. I was able to be confident at the same time. All throughout the FSNA I felt like there was nothing to hard for me to learn. I am over 50 years of age and you can teach an old dog new tricks!

The many calls from Robin to check
The many calls from Robin to check in were really motivating, especially when I wanted to quit. The training block was made simple enough for anyone to get and follow along. The patience of the entire NexGenT team made the experience rewarding. No one wants to learn in a micromanaged and robotic atmosphere. Thank you, guys, and LEVEL UP!

I attended ITT Technical Institute years ago
I attended ITT Technical Institute years ago for a "Network Systems Administration" degree. After finishing, I struggled to land a Help Desk job. Now, I understand why that happened. Since joining NGT, I’ve learned much more practical information and am excited about the prospect of securing a real Network Engineer role.

This network engineering
This network engineering program seems pretty good overall. I appreciate that it covers a lot of topics. However, there are a couple of areas that could use some work: The videos need updating. The instructors should explain things more simply for beginners.
