Getting involved with networking at this company has been a good experience. They are doing a solid job of promoting their courses and making sure people know about them. Overall, it feels like they are putting effort into growing their network.

What made my time good was the individual training with the training Manager. She was kind, easy-going, patient, and always a true professional.

just completed my first week and I'm so pleased with the help from the support team. The instructors do a great job teaching and always provide useful links to resources we can check out! We have study sessions every Wednesday which really makes sure no question is left unanswered. So far, I'm very happy with NGT!

I just want to say that the school is really good! I had some difficulties, but they helped me stay focused and supported me when I needed it. The counselors, Robin and Karen, were very helpful again. I’m so happy they didn't give up on me!

The course content was really good

The course content was really good and full of useful details. The labs gave me a deep understanding of how things work in the real world. My mentor Robin was always supportive and helped me every step of the way during my NGT Academy experience.

I have been studying with NGT

I have been studying with NGT, and it has been a good experience so far. I am currently working on the FSNA course and will soon start the network engineering course. Throughout my learning, I haven't encountered any problems with connectivity or accessing the portal. Everything has functioned as expected. The management team has always been quick to respond to my needs and progress. They have consistently provided the support I required to continue learning comfortably. The course materials are well-organized, and the mentor is very knowledgeable. I am confident that NGT is the right place to build the skills and knowledge I need in networking. I look forward to moving on to the next course with high hopes.

I attended ITT Technical Institute years ago

I attended ITT Technical Institute years ago for a "Network Systems Administration" degree. After finishing, I struggled to land a Help Desk job. Now, I understand why that happened. Since joining NGT, I’ve learned much more practical information and am excited about the prospect of securing a real Network Engineer role.

As a student at NGT-Academy, I am very thankful for the great experience I had with their team. From the first day, it was obvious that this program was created with student success in mind. The courses were complete and modern, covering all the important skills needed in today's fast-moving tech field. What really caught my attention was how the teachers made hard ideas easy to understand, breaking them down into small parts without making them too simple. The hands-on approach was really helpful. We didn't just learn theory; we used our knowledge in real-world projects, which gave me the confidence to face real job challenges. The instructors were always there for extra help, often staying late to make sure we understood tough ideas. I was especially impressed by the job support services. The team didn't just teach us technical skills; they also got us ready for the job market. From resume workshops to mock interviews and networking events, they made sure we were set to launch our cariers.

It has been a long road from the start.

It has been a long road from the start. I faced challenges when looking into various places and some subjects. I did my own homework for each piece of new knowledge and to master a new area of study. I had my hard times and good times to share, but that did not stop me from continuing to learn and moving up to a new level. Even though I had some support in my training, I made a significent improvement to notice the change from before to now. It was not easy, believe me. Now, my next step is...to seek a new path and pray for guidance in a new career.

I've been here for a week

I've been here for a week, and everything's been going really good. Whenever I asked for help in a class, I got it quickly from either a mentor or another student. The staff have been really great too. David Valdez and Robin Stoehr are the main ones I’ve talked to, and they’ve been super helpful. If you’re thinking about getting into IT or Networking, this is definetly the place to go.

I can't express enough how good the NGT Academy team is.

I can't express enough how good the NGT Academy team is. The instructors, career services, and student support always made me feel important when I had doubts or questions. I started without knowing basic things like RAM or a MAC address, but now I've got my CCNA and Sec+ certifications! I feel confident in my skills, and I've already proven them on the job. As a veteran, I can say that, like military training, this team can take you from zero to job ready if you just trust them and follow their plan. Thank you NGT Academy! Started my IT journey in 2019, worked for 5 years and moved from Help Desk to Tier 2. Left my old job to join Nexgent full time in April 2024. Finished the FSNA and soon will finish the NCSA. Definitely the best choice Ive made for my career. The instructors and program have been great in helping me learn and grow. The community, career advisors, and mentors have given me a strong grasp of what I’ve learned in the last 4 months. Study groups and tech instructors have been very useful, helping me grasp tech details in this field. Working with the program has opened doors in networking and cybersecurity that were new to me, giving me confidence to start in cybersecurity. I’m very thankful for this experience and would give more stars if I could. Strongly recommend this program!
