I appreciate My Best Studio. When I contacted this company, the owner understood what features were necessary to keep my business running well. Based on my time using this software, I can manage everything from bookings and scheduling to payment options, membership management, attendance, and plenty more for my Pilates studio. Customer service is almost non-existent.
Customer service is almost non-existent. I moved to MBS when my old provider closed. The affordable price of $55 and the software's features caught my attention, as it seemed to offer what we needed. If you decide to use this software, you’ll have to solve most things by yourself. There is a "help" feature, but the answers you get are only useful, or even relevant, some of the time.

The software still has a lot of issues to resolve. There isn’t a help topic section, and the app often doesn’t function well. They claim to have 24/7 support, but that’s not true. I purchased the software and had numerous questions due to the lack of training. I usually have to wait around 3-5 days for an answer on an easy question.
