    I've been using M4 for almost 2 months now.

    I've been using M4 for almost 2 months now. I haven't noticed any changes. I know 3 months is usually the time to test it, but if there's no difference now, I don't think another month will help. I'm 70, maybe I started a bit too late.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Was prescribed hormone replacements for menopause by Alloy. I paid for expedited/overnight shipping. After 3 days of me texting and emailing them, I finally got a response... it takes their pharmacy 3 days to process the medication and after that is done, they ship it overnight. So basically I gave them money for nothing, and I still don't have the meds. If that information was available when I placed my order, I certainly would have chosen regular shipping. Infuriating! I will be looking elsewhere for any future telehealth needs.

    Terrible! They kept charging g my card for wrong doses and didn’t refund me

    I started on hormone therapy in November w my alloy. It did help My sleep, but not 100%. In June I messaged the online dr to say I thought I might need a different dose. So she recommended me going up on my hormone therapy. So I changed the dose online, instead of the site stopping the earlier dose I ended up w 2 different 3 month supply. I called and was told I would be refunded for one of the prescriptions … After taking the higher dose I gained 2-3 extra pounds, (My weight had already gone up 8 pounds since i started on hormones in November.) So I spoke to The dr again and decided I needed a smaller dose than the one I started on., bc the weight gain was causing me a lot of trouble… The online dr told me how to change the dose so I went into the site and had to reactivate the prescription in order to change the dose… instead of the site letting me change my dose I was sent out the wrong dose again, the huge dose..,so now I have 6 months supply That I can’t use!!. Their website automatically charges you without you realizing and without verification that they have the correct dosage After the 1st time I was sent multiple orders I had cancelled the prescription to put it on hold so I would not receive any more hormones until Ihad the issue straightened out. Instead of the site allowing me to change the dose I was sent out another huge dose like the one I received the previous week. By the way these are all 3 month supply !! When I activated the subscription the website didnt allow me to change the dose… instead it started processing the previous dose. So I immediately sent emails to support and to the Dr. to inform the company what happened. A few days later I received an email that they were sorry. They did not refund me or try to make the situation right. So now I’m Stuck figuring this out myself bc I can’t keep allowing them to charge me for incorrect products! Beware that the website could charge you hundreds of dollars for wrong doses and they didnt correct the situation the 2nd time it happened. I’m stuck dealing w the credit card company!! Along with almost over 8 pounds of weight gain. Be careful!

    Go to a REAL Doctor! Save your time and money.

    I am incredibly disappointed with this company. The negligence and lack of care I’ve experienced is truly astounding. From the very beginning of my sign-up process, I clearly communicated that I was dealing with a time-sensitive medical need and was trying to get a treatment plan and prescription started urgently before leaving on an extended international work trip. Their system is deeply flawed, and no one responded in a timely or consistent manner. It wasn’t until today—far too late—that I finally received a response with any sense of continuity or professionalism. By then, I had no choice but to cancel my order. As a result, I’m now left without the medication I need and am leaving for a two month trip in two days. No one made any effort to respond to my pleas or engage enough to support me with technical issues, or to work with me in any basic way to ensure this process could succeed. I order everything from toothpaste to toilet paper online and receive far better care and service. I truly don’t believe this company should be operating in the healthcare space. When dealing with people’s health and medication, basic competence and communication are the bare minimum. In my experience, this company failed on both counts. At best, this is gross mismanagement; at worst, it borders on malpractice. I would leave an order number but they only communicate information within their account portals. To me this is also fishy. The fact that I didn’t get sent a receipt or any tracking information is very telling. They actually never gave me an order number.

    Waste of time and money

    Do not use this company. Wont prescribe anything until you have had in person doctor visits. Which is absurd because they tout themselves as being able to prescribe hrt and other things. Also products are extremely expensive compared to walmart, Amazon and good rx. Just go see a regular gyn and bypass this scam of a company.

    I’ve been with this company for a while now and honestly, it’s been a really positive experience. The structure they have in place makes everything smooth from start to finish. Communication is spot on, always clear and upbeat, and any issues I had were taken care of quickly. The team is just wonderful, especially during these tough times. Alloy really stands out because they offer hope and practical solutions, without any of that condescending attitude you sometimes get. They don’t dismiss our symptoms or tell us it’s all in our heads. Big thanks to Alloy for genuinely caring and supporting us ladies through thick and thin!

    I was losing my mind with all these insurance changes at work, and finding a GYN who took my new plan felt impossible. The worst part? Months without my HRT.     I reached out to Myalloy

    I reached out to Myalloy and got to talk with a doctor who really got what I was going through with my menopause symptoms. They prescribed me estradiol and progesterone, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. My hot flashes have pretty much disappeared, and I’m feeling so much more like myself again. If you're like me and felt ignored by your regular doctor, I seriously recommend giving Myalloy a try. The support and understanding I received was amazing, and I’m just so grateful for the help.

    After my regular doctors brushed

    After my regular doctors brushed off my symptoms, one even saying to just drink more water and exercise (like I wasn't already doing that!), I finally found a doctor on Alloy who actually listened. They started me on HRT, and wow, the difference was almost immediate. My brain fog lifted, and I started sleeping better. I'm so grateful to have found a platform and a doctor who took me seriously and helped me feel like myself again. Can't thank them enough.

    I reached out with a bunch of questions about starting progesterone, and they got back to me really fast—sometimes in just a few hours, other times a day or two. I had some initial side effects that were kinda rough, but their support team was super helpful in guiding me through it. Now, I’m feeling great. No more breast soreness, way less constipation, and my sleep has improved a lot. Feeling really happy with the results and the support I received!

    I had to share my experience with the M4 cream. I got my prescription super quick, no hassle at all. Been using it on my face, neck, and chest, and wow, my skin's looking so much better. I struggle with eczema and usually, products irritate my skin, but this one’s different. It's gentle and hasn't caused any issues. My skin texture has improved, and it looks a lot healthier.     I was struggling with pain

    I was struggling with pain for a while and couldn't get a proper diagnosis despite having obvious symptoms. Then I found Alloy. Their doctor was super quick to figure out what was wrong and got me on estradiol cream right away. It took a few days to start working, but once it did, the relief was incredible. I'm really thankful to Alloy for making it all so easy and giving me back some comfort in my life.

    I've been using this product

    I've been using this product for a bit now and I'm already seeing some changes. My neck is looking smoother, fewer wrinkles, and my cheekbones feel tighter where I had some fat loss before.     I've been using Estriol Cream

    I've been using Estriol Cream on my face for just over two weeks, and it's seriously magical. At 66, my skin's been through a lot, but this cream is doing wonders. I had this old scar on my chin from when I was five, and to my surprise, it's actually fading! Never thought I'd see that happen. It's pretty strong stuff, and it does dry my skin out a bit, but it's also repairing it deeply. I can feel the improvements already and can't wait to see more once my tougher spots heal. Overall, I'm really impressed with the changes so far.

    I was really hoping for

    I was really hoping for a better experience with this telehealth service. I have to wait six months to see a specialist, and my condition has gotten so bad that I'm feeling desperate. The responses I got felt robotic, almost like they were copied and pasted. I needed someone to talk to me like a real person and ask questions that actually addressed my concerns. It also took forever for them to get back to me. Usually, I've had great experiences with telehealth, but this was a rare miss. Maybe I just got unlucky with the wrong approach on a bad day. Just wanted to give a heads up in case anyone else is in my shoes. This platform might not be right for everyone seeking help.

    I had a pretty smooth

    I had a pretty smooth start with this company, getting my medication without any hitches at first. But things went south when I needed to adjust my dosage. The doctor kept messing up my treatment plan, first giving me way less estrogen and no progesterone. Customer service couldn’t fix it either. After more back and forth, I finally got the right meds but ended up being charged twice! The estrogen came in two shipments, but that didn’t justify the extra cost. I felt totally ignored when I questioned the double charge, and there’s no phone number to call, just endless emails. It’s not even about the money anymore, it’s about the principle. Definitely looking elsewhere next time.
