I am incredibly disappointed with this company. The negligence and lack of care I’ve experienced is truly astounding. From the very beginning of my sign-up process, I clearly communicated that I was dealing with a time-sensitive medical need and was trying to get a treatment plan and prescription started urgently before leaving on an extended international work trip.
Their system is deeply flawed, and no one responded in a timely or consistent manner. It wasn’t until today—far too late—that I finally received a response with any sense of continuity or professionalism. By then, I had no choice but to cancel my order.
As a result, I’m now left without the medication I need and am leaving for a two month trip in two days. No one made any effort to respond to my pleas or engage enough to support me with technical issues, or to work with me in any basic way to ensure this process could succeed. I order everything from toothpaste to toilet paper online and receive far better care and service.
I truly don’t believe this company should be operating in the healthcare space. When dealing with people’s health and medication, basic competence and communication are the bare minimum. In my experience, this company failed on both counts. At best, this is gross mismanagement; at worst, it borders on malpractice.
I would leave an order number but they only communicate information within their account portals. To me this is also fishy. The fact that I didn’t get sent a receipt or any tracking information is very telling. They actually never gave me an order number.
