Great product. The best I've used. But what really impressed me was the customer support - WOW. I lost my charging cable so I contacted Manscaped's customer support. I wrote during the weekend, but minutes later I got feedback - I just needed to provide my address and they would ship me another charging cable free of charge. One week later and the cable just arrived. Wow.

It's easy to use and doesn't cause any skin irritation if used properly. Some people might struggle because they don't know how to handle it gently, but that's not the fault of the product. I got the Platinum Ultra Bundle with a discount code, and I'm satisfied with every penny spent.

I paid way too much for the trimmer, and the battery was completely wrecked in 6 months. I couldn't even use it for more than 2 minutes without having to charge it for another 5 hours. You can get superior products for 1/6th the price. It's hot garbage. Save your money and get a £20 Phillips trimmer and spend the £80 you save on toiletries that will outdo what they offer. Not to mention not having to buy expensive (and again, overpriced) blade replacements constantly.
