Terrible experience with this company!
Terrible experience with this company! I bought 2 bras and after only one wear, the bra bands twisted inside the underwire. Customer service told me to return them for a refund. When they got the bras back, they refused to give any money back because they were used! Really bad service, buyers be carefull

I bought a girdle in my usual size but it doesn’t fit past my knees and I don’t want to return it because besides paying for the return, I might end up without the item and without money... I’m keeping it, I’ll see what I do with it, what a shame.

This was my first time purchasing from Leonisa, but unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy my purchase as it never arrived. I am currently in the process of filing a claim with UPS and the mail service, and this is certainly not an experience I expected or should have encountered.

Not a happy camper here. Second time around and my order's playing hide-and-seek with missing items. Not the vibe I signed up for. The product might be good, but the service? Big thumbs down. Not the kind of dance I want to do with a company.
