Got connected right away to the correct person, she was smart, kind and polite, really nice to work with. If someone wants to learn how to do good customer service, they should find this woman and ask her to show them. She told me everything I needed to know and did it fast, clear and without any fuss. I like this company a lot because of her and how they handle their waranty stuff. I’m sticking with them always!

This company has great staff! They truly care about the customer! I've never had customer support call after store hours to help me with an issue on my order. I had a fantastic experience with this company. They were honest and exceptionally helpful. When I needed a replacement, they sent a more expensive one at no extra cost and provided free shipping. Such integrity and service are hard to come by these days. I would give them an A#1 rating and six stars if I could!
