    My doctor was great !

    My doctor was great ! Really kind and always gave me updates quickly about my consultation. But the support team was bad ! It always took too long for them to reply which made my treatment start late . That’s the reason I moved from their pharmacy to my own pharmacy because what if there is an emergancy and nobody answers. Not very dependable . So I can only give 4 star

    Livewell has been great to deal with.

    Livewell has been great to deal with. They reply fast and pay close attention to details. I would definetly suggest them. Packages go through UPS, and that’s where small problems can show up. Don’t count on next day shipping, if it happens, lucky you, but usually it takes longer.

    I am really pleased with how they talk to me

    I am really pleased with how they talk to me, but I find it strange that I must pay a consultation fee each time I need a prescription. It feels a bit odd.

    Communication could be clearer.

    Communication could be clearer. Nobody fully showed me how to use my pen at first. It has 6 doses, not 4. Renewal was tricky, kept getting same reply from Livewell. Different staff answering, no uniform help. Service is okay, but needs some improvment.
