Whenever I contacted them, they replied reasonably quickly and answered all my questions thoroughly. iTeach also assisted me in starting a Master's program and transferring my ARL License to a Traditional License. In my view, it was definitely worth the money.

Despite having specified hours for calls, it's nearly impossible to reach anyone over the phone, leaving email as the primary mode of communication. While responses are received within 24-48 hours, the inability to make a quick call for simple questions can be inconvenient.

Knowing about these requirements in advance would have allowed for better planning and management of coursework. As a result, I found myself wishing for clearer communication regarding the course format and deadlines.
