Whenever I contacted them, they replied reasonably quickly and answered all my questions thoroughly. iTeach also assisted me in starting a Master's program and transferring my ARL License to a Traditional License. In my view, it was definitely worth the money.

Despite having specified hours for calls, it's nearly impossible to reach anyone over the phone, leaving email as the primary mode of communication. While responses are received within 24-48 hours, the inability to make a quick call for simple questions can be inconvenient.

Initially, I believed this was a self-paced course, only to discover that deadlines were imposed, which overlapped across multiple courses. This unexpected pressure was overwhelming, as I had to juggle deadlines and responsibilities. It's crucial for educational institutions to be transparent about their expectations and the course structure. Knowing about these requirements in advance would have allowed for better planning and management of coursework. As a result, I found myself wishing for clearer communication regarding the course format and deadlines.
