The iOS mobile app is far from ideal

The iOS mobile app is far from ideal. It repeatedly asks for a password and Face ID before every trade, even after the initial login. It occasionally logs you out when switching apps, and in the last 3 weeks, it randomly fails to recognize the password right before a trade, with no option to reset it via the app. Multiple reports haven't led to a fix, and the only workaround is following reset instructions on a desktop. This recurring issue has been a significant inconvenience.

Recently joined from New Zealand. Deposits come in fast, sometimes within an hour, sometimes 2-3 hours. Much quicker than what we have locally in NZ. Only contacted support once. I had SMS issues, support replied within 12 hours and solved the problem. Fees are low and the website is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Wouldn't suggest the downloadable Mac app though, it uses Java, which is a bit of a pain.

I find the trading platform -

I find the trading platform - I mosly use TWS - good and easy to use. I like access to many financial markets. Information is a lot and helps me make solid trading decisions. Trading costs are shown honestly and transparently, so I can set my cost targets and avoid surprises.

Overall I'm happy with IBKR, but here's what could be better: Old-fashioned interface - seems from the 90s. Check M1 for ideas. IBKR site - slow, needs to be faster for 2024. Help team - takes too long to reply to tickets. Totally not OK.

This broker was the worst I've encountered. Outsourced customer service, an overly cumbersome process for trade permissions, and funds held for extended periods. To put it bluntly, my experience can be summed up as nothing short of a mess.

The website is user-friendly, and whenever I encounter any issues, the live chat support is a reliable resource. They offer TBSZ accounts, which is beneficial for us Hungarians, and I find the prices to be fair overall.

So far I like Intearctive brokers, but the usability could be improved, it's not that user friendly! Haven't had contact with customer support yet though which many criticise.
