Fraudsters, I won’t even begin with their massive scam involving GameStop.
by Shahin

Fraudsters, I won’t even begin with their massive scam involving GameStop. There are numerous films about how they tricked me by not making the button accessible, only allowing partial sales. Recently, I tried their Crypto platform one last time, trusting them with my funds, but the money I put in was supposedly reversed but never was. We're talking about significant investments here.

The customer service at this company is really bad.
by Uskach

The customer service at this company is really bad. The people working there don't seem to know what they're doing. They don't read your questions properly and give wrong answers. When you ask for more help, they don't want to pass it to someone else. They changed their website without telling anyone and now it's confusing. They fixed something that wasn't broken and now it's worse.

The company is not good at all.
by Selina

The company is not good at all. I tried to update my phone number but their support sent old codes. Then they told me to check the text they sent to my old number, which I don't have anymore. When I tried to upload my ID, there was no option for using the ID already on my computer. I'll stick with other financial platforms. They don't offer personal chat or customer support.

Wow, what a ride!
by Light

Wow, what a ride! Everything was fine until they took $400 and wouldn't return it, ignored our evidence, wouldn't talk to the bank, and now won't even let us keep the account. They stole, got caught, but won't admit it. Instead, they're closing our account for "unspecified reasons." Classic move, huh? They're trying to hide and escape.

I f33l vary suspicious
by Abe

I f33l vary suspicious that Robinhood bots are trading against my account. From over $400k down swiftly to $165k: For the last 12 months, every time my balance crosses the $200k threshold, you can see a violent & swift drop to bring it back down below that. This can’t be a coincidence because it happens every single time.

I invested $4,200 in Robinhood for good returns.
by Patric

I invested $4,200 in Robinhood for good returns. But I got silence and a big hole in my wallet. No customer support. Scammed and feeling foolish now. My debts were rising, but *bicrfit*. Te..! helped me start lowering them. It's been tough, but I'm winning...
