    I believe the mentorship is good!

    I believe the mentorship is good! I have discovered a lot about myself and it’s really cool! I feel like I put my time into a skill that’s useful for today. I feel less behind! If the modules had more pictures, it would help a lot since I learn better with visuals and we work with visuals. I always look forward to my coaching sessions with Vlad! I’ve only had 3 so far in this order (onboarding + finished modules + 1st reels) so not enough to decide fully! I find them rather short; 30 minutes would be better. I try to join more than twice a week for the coaching calls with the community, which is very helpful! I do wish in my 1:1 I could get more detailed and/or broader feedback, similar to the feedback I get in the general coaching calls on overall messaging/visuals/comparison. But I am just starting and will keep working on my content to get more detailed feedback. The whole team is a good team and they fill the gaps of the mentorship with their diverse skills! I learn from everyone!

    My experience with this company has been really good.

    My experience with this company has been really good. I’ve had a lot of fun learning from my coach, Vlad Fleury. He’s been kind and helpful since our first meeting online. I can ask him anything that confuses me, and he always responds with clear answers and offers helpful advice as well. The online community is amazing too; everyone works together and supports each other. People are always excited to learn, and we cheer for each other’s successes, which really helps everyone grow both alone and as a group.

The steps are easy to follow if you do your part and pay attention to your coaches! One way to improve could be adding weekly calls to make sure everyone is making good progress and staying on track.

    I've been coached by Alex, he's been very proffesional and patient with me working a full time job. I've had to reschedual frequently due to job conflicts and he was always able to work with me.     Nw xperience!!

    Nw xperience!! I muss say I was nervos and in doubt at the beggining. Going through the modules weekly coaching classes and 1.1 s have helped to get over the nerves. It is made to seem like a very simple process and looking forward to fininishing my studies and getting certified. Thanks for all the help Sebastian.

    Initially, I was doubtful about the company, but the modules and my coach, Sebastian, greatly helped me understand what needs to be improved and worked on to become a successful setter.     New experience!!

    He’s also easy to schedule meetings with, since the timezones can make it tricky to pick a good time. Also, he tries to answer all your questions clearly and genuinely wants to support you on your journey.

    Richards' approach seems promising.

    Richards' approach seems promising. The online gig landscape has evolved, presenting itself as an alternative income avenue. However, it's no longer as straightforward as when Richard initially ventured into it; the increased competition is noticeable. After completing certification in early 2024 and engaging with Insta for a month, I have a couple of recommendations. The course primarily focuses on lead generation and achieving desired outcomes. I wish it delved deeper into conversation psychology, particularly in building rapport and navigating DM conversations. The actual work is more challenging than portrayed in the content. Richard simplifies the process, emphasizing sending a few messages on your phone for a couple of hours. While this may have worked in the past, the current reality is more complex. The course should provide a better understanding of the intricate aspects of online work and relationship development. A brief overview of popular CRMs would be beneficial. Additional short courses on CRMs could empower participants to kickstart their endeavors independently. Currently, I don't regret taking on this venture, although I haven't completed the entire course and haven't earned any money yet. Despite working diligently, my first payday is anticipated soon.

    Mislead on the sales call, now we're out almost $4K CAD

    On the sales call, we were sold 1-to-1 mentorship. Thinking this was with **** (the cost was $12K USD) we signed the contract. On the on-boarding, we were told we were being paired with a coach... we were hesitant to continue but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward a week, the program is messy and unclear, we spent hours making sure we went through the onboarding material in depth and filled out a ton of information into a spreadsheet that was linked in the program with instructions to copy. Turns out we weren't given the correct spreadsheet, so on the first (very expensive) "mentorship" call the coach didn't know who we were, what we were doing and it wasn't really a productive call. Just basically "well, follow the battleplan document" which isn't tailored specifically to you, which was explicitly promised to us on the sales call, it's a generic program you follow and pay a high price for "accountability" not mentorship, nor coaching really. The second call was equally as poor as we were playing catch up from the first one and at that point we determined that the cost isn't worth what we were being given. Trying to get out of the program was like pulling teeth as they basically force you onto a call, where we were treated less than human and they were looking for every excuse to not take any ownership of their side of things. They truly act and believe their program and coaches are perfect and that the client is always the problem. They make you sign a gag order contract in order to qualify for a partial refund. We did get a bit of a refund, but they determined that the coaches time was more important to their business than happy clients and the two poor coaching calls ended up costing us $2500 USD in total. (in Canadian dollars that's almost $4K). So we're out a ton of money, we were treated incredible poorly, and when we reached out to **** directly, the result was the same (or it is his team answering for him). Either way... terrible experience, we do not recommend at all. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Somewhere where the business treats you like a real person, not just a paycheck/payday.

    • Their AI software that they are building is solid.

    Cons

    • The program isn't tailored specifically to you. You have to fit their program or else the value isn't there.
    • They think the program is for everyone, instead of actually qualifying people on a sales call.
    • Little to no coaching or mentorship involved, just high-cost accountability.
