This is a partial review, since I still haven't received my equipment yet, but it is understandable since I have just recently placed my order a couple of days ago. I just want to share my experience with the customer support of this company. As a new miner, I get anxious easily whenever I read bad reviews on the internet, so I need to confirm some things with IceRiver, thankfully their customer service representative was very accommodating and he easily answered all my questions. They can be reached through email, but phone call is easier.

I previously ordered the IceRiver Miner ALPH AL0 and I waited for almost 3 weeks to get it. So you can really feel my frustration when I set it up and it didn't work as well as it was advertised. I immediately called their customer service, who are all so helpful (thankfully), and they walked me through the process of returning the mining rig to get it replaced. Now, I've been using the new rig and it's definitely performing better than the previous one. Thanks for the quick action on this, IceRiver!

Not sure how other mining websites or companies work when it comes to warranty issues, but with IceRiver, they are offering a 24-month warranty on their rigs. It is also comforting that they sell accessories for the rigs, just in case I'll be needing to buy them.

I finally received my mining rig, the frame looks good and the materials used all seem high quality. I’ll start setting up and will try to give another review in a couple of weeks or months. But so far, everything looks good.

The transaction with IceRiver was smooth from the very start. The employees were very helpful and are all ready to answer questions about their products and services. I've had experience with a different company before and it's not as smooth as this one. I had to chase them to update me about my ordered rig, and even then the rig came 2 weeks after the promised delivery date. So IceRiver really made me happy with how they handle their customers. Thumbs up to the team.

This was definitely one of the easiest crypto transactions I’ve had. I like IceRiver a lot, but I’m giving them 4 stars because there was a mix-up with the delivery address, causing a longer wait time for my orders. However, their customer service stepped in promptly to fix the issue before it became a bigger problem. So, thanks to the customer service team for being quick to respond and quite helpful!

After completing my purchase, they demanded extra payment, which I refused, requesting a cancellation and refund instead. Nearly two weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received my money back. They’re ignoring my attempts to contact them. I’ll be involving my bank, a lawyer, and a reputable organization that handles fraud cases. I won’t allow them to take my hard-earned money!

One thing that I can say is that IceRiver knows how to deliver consistent and efficient results. The mining rig I purchased is powerful and has been running smoothly since day one. The setup was very easy thanks to the clear instructions that was provided. IceRiver is definitely a company that you can trust.

IceRiver is a great seller. They will make sure that you are comfortably settled in with your new mining equipment before they let you go. Unlike other companies where after getting your payment they will no longer care for you. Kudos IceRiver!

Very slow purchasing proces. Hard to get feedback. The product I wanted was KS1, After almost a month, they said it was unavailable, and I got 3xKS0 instead.
