I think the training and beginning were good. The sale said it'd be a bit shorter than it was 🤭, so maybe being more honest on time frame. Apart from that, Mikes tempo and enthusiasm is good. It's tough to get back into scripting mode, but I'm all in and going to jump into it – if it work it works right! Like the website look and feel and all of the tools offered!

I usually don't invest in lead

I usually don't invest in lead services for "new" or "not mets." But this system is a total "no brainer." I like the training and the simple-to-use resources on the website, social media, etc. Also, I'm excited to leverage myself for a greater impact. Looking forward to our future... Pece, Richerd

I’m finding it tough to stick with the program.

I’m finding it tough to stick with the program. Out of 15 leads I got, 4 turned out to be wrong numbers or not the owner I was looking for. What bugs me the most is the inconsistent pricing for different agents. One pays $1900 while another pays $2900. It seems like it might depend on how long you wait before joining, but after seeing several negative reviews, it feels a bit shady. The training isn’t terrible, and there are some nice additional features. Do I feel a bit tricked? Yeah. I regret doing it now, especially after reading so many negative reviews from BBB and other agents. I just hope I can get some conversions to make up for what I paid. My advice: research thoroughly before handing over any money.

If he had kept talking and wished me good luck, there might have been a chance for future business. But it looks like the 5-star reviews are mostly from new agents, while the lower ones are from agents who didn't have a good time starting out.
