Easy to use, beginners friendly application/idea. Of course, it needs some improvement over time. For example, login as user might not necessary. If it is, it should have different features than guest users

Avoid HouseJet at all costs, it is a SCAM!

I joined HouseJet in July 2025 and paid the initial setup fee of $3000. I was promised HIGH-QUALITY leads and a dedicated lead campaign. I was also told by the rep on the phone that they guarantee their leads and that they offer a FULL refund if I was not satisfied after using their system. I have been using their system since and even signed up for the free trial of an individual website for which they charge a separate $80 per month after the 3 months trial period. Fast forward to December 2025, I have received 25 leads and NONE of the leads have been viable. The leads either Never answer, have wrong numbers or flat out tell you they did not request any info nor are interested in purchasing or selling their homes. On December 9, 2025 I reached out via chatbot on their website to request a refund and was automatically told to call them and the chat was ended. I tried calling that phone number numerous times for the past 2 DAYS and they are not available to answer. The only option is to leave a voicemail. I emailed them and opened a ticket on their website only to be DENIED A REFUND and be told "I have to be with them for 12 Months before I can request a CONDITIONAL Refund". This is NOT what was promised over the phone in July when I signed up. The leads are JUNK and not viable and their good reviews seem to be bought. I caution agents to fall for their trap. I have since found thousands of complaints online about this company and I regret not seeing them sooner.

I’ve just begun my experience with Housejet and feel really happy to start building my business. Over the past year I talked with many marketing and lead companies that only tried to rush me into signing right away. The team here was calm and let me take my time to explore and understand what they offer. I spent about 2 weeks before deciding. I think their tools and platform can truly help my business grow and I’m excited to see how things go over the next year. My 4 star rating stands for now, and I hope to move it to 5 stars once I see solid resuts in future!

The search filters on HouseJet are awesome. I could narrow things down by price, neighborhood, and even property type without wasting hours scrolling. It felt like the site was built for real people, not just for agents.

We are looking for a home and I noticed the listings on here look newer, updated vs some other searches. We found a few homes on here that haven’t been listed elsewhere. Very nice!

Stress free buying experience with Housejet

I would say that HouseJet is amazing and really easy to use. The customer service is amazing, support hurry to help you when you need them and they basically show up really quickly. I'm happy overall with the buying experience.

So far I’m quite happy. They offer a good mentor-referral-lead system. KW has nice training and tools but not a real way to get clients. I was nervous first because of all the lead companies and the money needed to begin. HouseJet was one of the few that gave a promise and didn’t ask for a big chunk of funds upfront. I plan a 12 month journey with them to watch progress-growh and earn more, which is the aim.
