    I gotta tell you about this awesome experience I had. Ryan was a lifesaver for our Rotary club.     I've been chatting with this

    I've been chatting with this company for what felt like forever, trying to get everything sorted out. After jumping through hoops and signing the agreement, I thought we'd be good to go. But nope, I had to keep nudging them just to get the processor set up. Emailed them like three times, and all I got back was a "Sorry, you’re not approved" or something along those lines. Really? That's how you treat customers? Felt like such a waste of time and energy. If you're thinking about working with them, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle.

    It is quite difficult to follow your technicians.

    It is quite difficult to follow your technicians. I have never had a conversation with someone who was easy to understand. Not once have I spoken to an American representative. This time, my problem was not fixed. I got a case number, but I waited to be contacted and haven’t had the chance to follow up. When you are very busy, it is a big issue to deal with someone who doesn’t understand your concerns and then has to wait for a solution.
