The procedure went smoothly and quickly. I attempted to make a purchase with a card, but I was unable to finish KYC as I wasn't in the EU. I was concerned initially, but after chatting with customer service, they promptly canceled my order. They mentioned it might take 24-72 hours for my bank to unlock it, but it took under an hour. Very reliable service, I would suggest it to customers in the EU.

I really appreciate their service. I always find plenty of crypto sellers when I need to buy on Changelly, some of them have decent offers, but I always go with what Simplex provides, as I value ease over great deals with hassle lol. They're just the best, Simplex
