Ordered 2 watches with a B1G1F deal

Ordered 2 watches with a B1G1F deal and a stylish shirt. Opted for expedited shipping at $35 for 3-5 days, but the order arrived 11 days later. Requested a refund for the expedited shipping, received only $25 with no explanation. The shirt had button holes too small, requiring careful adjustments. Watches were challenging to operate, struggling with the wrist closure. Dissatisfied with the incomplete refund, poor shirt quality, and misleading location information on the website (Miami vs. actual shipping from China). Unlikely to reorder based on these issues.

Scammed by False Promises

I recently ordered a pair of earrings and a bracelet from Helloice. Their website made big promises about quality and timely delivery. 🙄🤥 Is Helloice scam? Absolutely, yes. Not only did my order take an eternity to arrive, but the quality was also abysmal. The earrings' supposed 18 Karat Gold plating started chipping after only a few days. I reached out to their customer service for a refund but received no answer. Scam! Sent three more emails and still nothing. If this isn't a scam, I don't know what is. I highly caution everyone to steer clear of this scam company. 🚫💔

SCAMMED Ordered a ring more than two months ago and they only sent free promotional products and not the ring. Refused to refund or fulfil the order. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Low quality products The garbage i received (not the ring I ordered) was terrible quality and not as described. A pendant I received was broken when I received it. In addition, it was missing the engraving I paid for. Overpriced You can buy better or the exact same jewellery from Aliexpress for less than a dollar. Helloice is a Chinese drop “shipping” company. Literally unusable garbage, it is actually hard to imagine how bad the quality is. Misleading pictures The images on the page are stolen from others. Some of the items listed on the page have images of jewellery they not have or make. I confirmed this with the jeweller who actually made the pendant that was listed on the site. The pendant was a one-of-one custom piece that Helloice does not have, yet has listed on their page with pictures stolen from the other jeweller. I have proof of all of this, I really want to hear they respond. Cannot cancel order Do not buy, once they get your money you’ll never see it again! Helloice has an illegal refund policy where you cannot cancel your order! I'll be filling a police report but still won't get my money back. If you want to return the wrong and broken items they sent you (you are lucky to receive anything), you will have to pay tens of dollars to send it back to get a refund. You will not be refunded the shipping cost of the order even if you got free shipping. Slow shipping The package I received was missing the ring I bought but not only that, it took over a month for them to ship my order. They would have probably never sent it had I not asked where it was. Fake reviews Do not trust the positive reviews here as they ask you to give a five star review to get a free item added to your order, before even shipping anything. This is against the guidelines of TrustPilot, and I’ve already reported them. If you leave a negative review they contact you over email telling you to the review. In addition, all “reviews” on social media are sponsored by them. Bad customer service What can I say, that I already didn’t above. They will do anything to not give you what you paid for. Will update the review, when I get my order fulfilled or refunded. Let’s see how long that will take. 😂

Helloice Deserves Negative Stars

I would give this company negative stars if I could. They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had this feeling from the beginning that I shouldn't have ordered from them. But my son wanted a pair of shorts from here so I tried them. I accidentally ordered 3 pair of the same shorts from here at different times. I was so preoccupied during Christmas that I hadn't realized it. One pair, which was a size large, never got shipped out so they were able to cancel the order. They refunded that pair for $38.99. However, the other two pair, both size medium, were shipped out to me. They were too small for my son so I've been trying to return them. That would be a total of $77.98 for both pair. Helloice will not refund me for the full price. They are saying they can only give me $15 for both pair! They claim it's too expensive to ship the shorts back so they will not give me the $77.98 for both shorts. All I want is to get a full refund for both pair of shorts because it's too much of a hassle to return one and exchange the other for a size large. If you're reading this review, do not purchase from the company! Or if you do, make sure you don't have to do a return.

Bogus not real horrible and downright disgusting website not as advertised not even close I ordered two rings first because the order was over certain amount of money I got rapid shipping well they’re shipping and processing is not combined so you may have shipping for six days but they need a month to process I know they don’t say that on the website I know they reviews bogus you get scammed on the shipping you’re thinking it’s coming in four days a month the mystery box the reviews wrote it’s a cheap necklace that’s not worth five dollars they say it’s worth 100 I didn’t get my order the band was missing from the duo I bought and the ring look nothing like the picture it look like a shiny rock you find on the ground in the sun and the company is wheeling and dealing with me will give you $40 $40 I spent over 300 I didn’t even get my complete order what are you talking about wheeling and dealing nickel and diamond headache somewhere else bogus not real maybe their other jewelry but their rings I could only show you the garbage I got in the mail I wish I could

After some research, it's clear that they are overcharging for products that can be found much cheaper on other platforms like AliExpress and Etsy. For example, the blue colored studs and lucky star dangle earrings can be easily found on AliExpress for a fraction of the price they are charging. It's evident that Helloice is simply dropshipping these items from AliExpress and marking up the prices significantly. The quality of their products seems to be subpar as well, according to other reviews I've come across. It's disappointing to see a company take advantage of customers by selling cheap products at exorbitant prices. Save yourself the hassle and money by doing a quick search on AliExpress or Etsy, and you'll find the exact same products for a fraction of the cost. Don't fall for the markup; it's not worth it.

Disappointing experience with Helloice. I purchased two pairs of trackies with unique designs, but upon arrival, it was evident that they were cheap imitations of the showcased items on the website. The logo, material, colors, and even cuff sizes were mismatched. Requested a refund, but faced resistance, which contradicts UK law. Instead, they offered a mere £5 against a £50 order and suggested gifting the subpar items to friends. Helloice appears to be just another Chinese company selling inferior products using deceptive visuals. Caution urged, as positive reviews seem dubious.

Bought two chains for my girlfriend

Bought two chains for my girlfriend, and guess what? They couldn't even survive a night out! One snapped while she was tearing it up on the dance floor (a big chain, mind you), and the other decided to call it quits when she was taking it off (a tiny chain, no less). Now, I'm stuck in the loop of waiting for new ones, and to top it off, one of the orders ghosted me – no email, no order confirmation. This is shaping up to be one heck of a process. And those commercials showing people lifting weights with these chains? I'm calling major bluff on that.

Broken Watch

I bought a watch from them and after wearing it for a few months the band broke off the main body of the watch. I sent them photos of the watch and the broken pin that was holding it together. They got back to me the very next day offered me a new watch if I paid a $10 shipping fee. I thought that was reasonable so I told them to go ahead with the transaction. After that I never heard from them again and that was 2 weeks ago. I've emailed them countless times for them to arrange payment of the shipping fee and they have never responded.

Scammy company, stay away

Items take a month to arrive (they ship directly from China) and they DO NOT take returns, as their website says - if you try to return an item, you get a broken english email saying that they'll just give you a coupon off your next order instead, because shipping is more expensive than the item. Stay away, everything about this operation is shady.

After a three-month battle over getting this product actually sent to me, after one day my earring is already bent. It's a rubbish company with a terrible customer service team and cheap-quality products. Save yourself the disappointment.

I placed an order when they

I placed an order when they were advertising 50% off, but when I went through the order, it was only 15% off. I placed the order anyway, and they charged me on my card and confirmed the order is complete. However, now whenever I open their page, it says I have not placed an order. Hopefully, I didn't waste my money.

This company has been a disappointment. Communication is a major issue; it took numerous messages just to get a response. When they finally replied, it was to offer only half a refund for an undelivered order (H102776987) after a frustrating 4-week wait. Avoid this company to save yourself from similar experiences.

SCAM

Do not purchase from them; it's a scam! I bought expensive studs, and despite having a one-year warranty and them being only three months old, the diamond fell out. Now, they're asking me to pay £60 for the repair. They don't provide assistance and seem to be only interested in taking more money from customers.

Unreliable

The ring they sent me was a different size. I wrote them many times giving them proofs of the mistake (photos with the measure of the diameter of the ring and photos of the size that Is written on the box) but they refused tò give me my money back or to send me the right one. Never more.

I made an order on January 6, 2024. It's March 11, and I haven't got it yet. I talked to Customer Service, and they said the package got lost. They can't give me a refund because they don't have it back. Also, they want me to pay an extra $30 to ship it again. I'm not happy with this.

NO RETURNS

Customers should be aware that if you try and return products as per the companies policy they only offer discount voucher codes for future orders and will not provide a return authorization or return address. I asked to return several time but they simply don't want any returns !

I submitted a refund request multiple days ago, and they responded within two hours asking me to "maybe buy something else instead?" I said no, id just like a refund. and 2 days later and 2 emails later no response. Avoid these thieves at all costs

Can’t locate to return item

Ordered a cross necklace. It looks cheap and. Ghetto. I want to return. They keep hanging up on me. I would like a refund but cannot contact anyone. I cannot wear and want it returned for a full refund

It's a scam, do not buy anything from them! They won't allow returns and offer compensation that's way less than what you paid for the item. This is fraud, and they should be arrested!
