I had it shipped to my office, and I happened to be off work for a few days when it finally arrived. It sat out for a couple of days at room temp. I hope it's still okay to refrigerate now. It's a pricey supplement for my cat, who's dealing with kidney failure.

Normally, some tablets are broken at the bottom of the jar towards the end, but this time, broken tablets were at the top, even though the top was packed with cotton. It's hard to say if the damage happened during shipping from the factory to HealthyPets or from HealthyPets to me.
