I recently ordered a few items and had a pretty solid experience. I got 5 things but they shipped out the ones that were ready first, so I wasn't waiting forever. Got 3 out of 5 within 2 weeks, which is fast. The quality is impressive – the mugs are super cute. One thing though, it would be great if there were more sayings or customization options for the mugs. The ornament I got is surprisingly durable, thought it might be fragile like glass or bamboo, but it’s actually some kind of steel, so it should last even if it takes a tumble. I ordered 2 mugs for our family – one with a dad holding two kids, and another with both parents and kids. They look lovely, but I wish there was an option for a mom with her two young kids. It’s a nice set for families, but single moms might find the selection limited.

Got this Sister's puzzle for my wife since White Christmas is her all-time favorite movie. Delivery was surprisingly quick, especially for a custom order. White Christmas has always been our family’s go-to holiday movie, so when I saw the sisters ornament, I just had to get it. I got this glass and I gotta say, it's pretty nice. It's a bit smaller than what I was expecting, but the inscription on it is really well done.
